Re: old purchase codes — if you still have yours, great. If not, don’t worry. We have the records of who supported and purchased Guardians over the years.
I mainly wanted you to know that your original support is part of the reason we’ve been able to keep building this organically for all these years.
I still have many of our old DMs, and I remember most of the Guardians personally — because you mattered.
The original Guardian issuance was manual and took a huge amount of time. In a strange way, that now feels like a metaphor for how perhaps things should be built.
Not everything should be automated.
Humans can get lost in automation.
What started with the Guardians has grown into Mind Chill — Department of Human Defense.
Not a charity. Not really a conventional business either.
A Creative Defense Company, built around one central idea:
Defending human value and legacy in an AI world.
I’ve now delivered the final Guardian collection to Noel. It has been held, developed and built on since 2020/21, and everyone’s original year of support has been recorded as part of that history.
The next division to launch is Mind Chill Guardians.
This new and final issuance is where everything comes together.
And perhaps the biggest shift in the story is this:
The Guardians were never the ones that needed to awaken.

On Friday, a US government export-control directive forced Anthropic to suspend Fable 5 and Mythos 5 — their two most capable models — worldwide.
The order targeted foreign nationals. Anyone who isn't American. So to comply, they pulled it for everyone.
The trigger? Per Anthropic's own statement: an alleged "jailbreak" that amounts to asking the model to read code and fix bugs — a thing other models do every day. Anthropic is complying but calling it a misunderstanding.

Creators are being demonetized, then asked to explain how they make their content to get their income back.
That raises a serious question:
Why does a platform need to know a creator’s workflow, tools, process, edits, prompts, scripts or production method just to decide if their income should be restored?
Because when a platform can switch off your income and then ask for your creative secrets to switch it back on, that is not just moderation.
That is financial exclusion wearing a content policy costume.
