Located in a suburban area near #Guangzhou, this health, resort, and art community spans over 15,000 acres. The proposed structure, situated within a triangular valley of approximately 1,000 square meters, is designed to adapt to the site's boundaries, resulting in a 🏜 #trapezoidal layout of around 500 square meters. Zaha Hadid Architects unveiled images of on-going construction works on the site of the Zhuhai Jinwan Civic Art Centre in China. Located in one of the world's most dynamic regions, the project is set to become a hub of contemporary creativity. Recent photos highlight the installed steel structure for the roof's canopy and evolving works on the four cultural venues. At the heart of Jinwan district's Western Ecological New Town, the Zhuhai Jinwan Civic Art Centre is in progress. Longgang Cultural Centre 😀The Longgang Cultural Centre by #mecanoo_ exemplifies innovative urban design within Shenzhen’s rapidly expanding landscape. Set on a 3.8-hectare site with #height restrictions, the center #harmoniously integrates with its surroundings through a series of #interconnected volumes that subdivide the programmatic elements: an art #museum, a youth center, a science center, and a book mall. 💨 These volumes, characterized by curved edges and tilting facades, frame #dynamic views and naturally guide pedestrian flows while offering protection from Shenzhen’s #subtropical climate. The design promotes #fluidity and #connectivity, aligning passages with adjacent roads to link the business district and nearby park. The structure’s in-situ concrete forms create a cohesive visual #identity, blurring the distinction between front and back facades. Hainan Chronicles Hall

📎The Hainan Chronicles Hall, created by Zhubo Design, has a rolling wave shape that creates a #dynamic appearance while forming a huge opening to #naturally lead people to the inside. Located in the Hainan Cultural Park in Haikou City, the smart #surface #resembles a flag waving in the wind and a rolling ocean wave, hinting at the #regional characteristics of Hainan.🎮 🎮The building’s main #structure is a reinforced concrete beam-column with a curved body #supported by steel trusses connected to the concrete frame. #Aluminum #panels on west #façade of linear unit arranged along curved surface appear to lift towards #roof as if blown by wind from east #facade.The raised aluminum plate also provides natural lighting during the day and illuminating the #interior at night.🤌 👀Join us ✅@techtimee ✈️🎮Follow the FUTURE ✈️
