To believe in your imaginary ties, that make you a "God" who demanded love and respect by beating.   By cursing,  by hurting,   any thing and everything that made the world a beautiful place.  As you enforced praise to cascade in the same breath as your name, wouldn't it be fun if we made this a game?  How many lies can I swallow until I pop, like the veins in your forehead.  Like the veins in your neck. In the same speed you slammed my throat and me against a door, with the same hand that'd demand unwavering loyalty.  My conscience is a rebellious people..and we pacify your requirements for now.  Call you "Queen" while internally saying, "Fool".  And pretend that we see a "Lord of all that is good" with memories of suffering.  With memories we can no longer name, because of the pain self-inflicted and the way hopes fell into shades of grey.  Pretending to praise your blasted name, yet unknown to your lecherous ears. Is also whispered amongst those who are sickened by the disease of you.  Whispering as you saunter by,  @tjinreallife @findinghumanity
