Sir my preference order Iit palakkad physics Iit kharagphur med phy Iit Mumbai environment phy If i get iit kgp med phy in 4th allotment Then i have to either choose the seat or remove from counselling My question is i have chances at iit palakkad msc phy in spot round 1).if i leave from counseling am i eligible for spot round 2).or spot round have seperate critiera
