18 በሰኔ ወር 2016 ዓ.ም የሚሰጠውን የመውጫ ፈተና #በድጋሜ የምትወስዱ ተፈታኞች ምዝገባ እስከ ግንቦት 25/2016 ዓ.ም መራዘሙን ትምህርት ሚኒስቴር አሳውቋል፡፡
በዚህም፦
➧ በሰኔ 2015 ዓ.ም እና በየካቲት 2016 ዓ.ም ተፈትናችሁ የነበረና አሁን በድጋሜ ለመፈተን ማመልከት ለምትፈልጉ እንዲሁም
➧ ከሰኔ 2015 ዓ.ም በፊት የሕግ መውጫ ፈተና ወስዳችሁ የማለፍያ ነጥብ ያላገኛችሁና አሁን በድጋሜ ለመውሰድ የምትፈልጉና ስም ዝርዝራችሁ ከቀድሞው ዩኒቨርስቲያችሁ ለትምህርት ሚኒስቴር የተላከላችሁ አመልካቾች በተጠቀሰው ጊዜ ውስጥ ምዝገባ እንድታጠናቅቁ ተብሏል፡፡
ከላይ ከተገለጸው ጊዜ ውጭ የሚቀርቡ የምዝገባ ጥያቄዎች ተቀባይነት እንደማይኖራቸው ሚኒስቴሩ አሳስቧል፡፡
በሰኔ 2015 ዓ.ም እና በየካቲት 2016 ዓ.ም ተፈተናችሁ የማለፊያ ውጤት ያልመጣላችሁ አሁን በድጋሜ መፈተን ለምትፈልጉ አመልካቾች የሚጠበቅባችሁን የአገልግሎት ክፍያ በቴሌብር ብቻ የምትፈጽሙ ይሆናል፡፡

ነገ የደርግ መንግሥት የወደቀበት የግንቦት 20 በዓል ይከበራል።
በዓሉ በተለይ ኢህአዴግ ስልጣን ላይ በነበረበት ዓመታት በሀገር ደረጃ ስራ እና ትምህርት ተዘግቶ በድምቀት ሲከበር ቆይቷል።
ካለፉት 6 ዓመታት ወዲህ ግን በዓሉ የነበረውን ድምቀት አጥቶ ተቀዛቅዟል። ያም ቢሆን ግን የተለያዩ አገልግሎት ሰጪ ተቋማት በዕለቱ ዝግ ይሆናሉ።
የዘንድሮው የግንቦት 20 በዓልስ ?
በቅርቡ ይፋ የተደረገው እና በህዝብ ተወካዮች ምክር ቤት ገና ያልጸደቀው " የሕዝብ በዓላት እና የበዓላት አከባበር ረቂቅ አዋጅ " ተከብረው በሚውሉ ብሔራዊ ባላት ውስጥ ግንቦት 20ን አላካተተም።
በእርግጥ አሁን ላይ ባለውም አዋጅ ሳይካተት እንደ ብሔራዊ በዓል ሲከበር ነው የቆየው።
በዓሉ በሕግ በዓልነቱ ታውቆ አከባበሩም ተዘርዝሮ ያልወጣ ቢሆንም እንደ ብሔራዊ በዓል ሲከበር ቆይቷል ፤ በዕለቱም ሰራተኞች የእረፍት ጊዜ ያገኛሉ።
ከዚህ በተያያዘ በርካቶች " ስለ ነገው በዓል ግልጽ ይሁንልን " ሲሉ ጥያቄ አቅርበዋል።
ቲክቫህ ኢትዮጵያም ጉዳዩ ይመለከታቸዋል ብሎ ያሰባቸውን አካላት " ነገ ግንቦት 20 ስራ ተዘግቶ ነው የሚውለው ? " ሲል ጠይቋል።
የኢ.ፌ.ዴ.ሪ. የመንግስት ኮሚኒኬሽን ሚኒስትር ዶክተር ለገሰ ቱሉ ለቲክቫህ ኢትዮጵያ በሰጡት ቃል ፥ " አዲሱ የበዓላት ሕግ ገና አልጸደቀም፤ ስለዚህ ዝግ ነው " ሲሉ አጭር ምላሽ ሰጥተዋል።
በተጨማሪም " ነገ በሚከበረው የግንቦት 20 በዓል መስሪያ ቤት ዝግ ነው ወይስ ክፍት ? " ሲል ቲክቫህ ኢትዮጵያ ለመንግስት ኮሚዩኒኬሽን ሚኒስትር ዴኤታ አቶ ከበደ ደሲሳ ጥያቄ አቅርቦላቸዋል።
እሳቸውም ፤ " በካላንደር ላይ የተለወጠ ነገር ስለመኖሩ እርግጠኛ አይደለሁም። ካላንደር ይዘጋዋል " ብለዋል።
ሚኒስትር ዴኤታው፣ " ካላንደር እንደሚዘጋው ነው የምናውቀው ለምን እንዳወዛገበ አይገባኝም " ሲሉ አክለዋል።
አንዳንድ መስሪያ ቤቶች ሠራተኞች ሥራ እንዲገቡ ጠርተዋል መጥራት ይችላሉ ? ለሚለው ጥያቄ በሰጡት ምላሽም ፣ " መስሪያ ቤቶች በራሳቸው ውሳኔ ሥራዎችን ሊያቅዱ ይችላሉ። ከሠራተኞቻቸው ጋር ተስማምተው " ብለዋል።
አክለው " መጥራት ይችላሉ ማን ይከለክላቸዋል። አብዛኞቻችን ሥራ የምንውልበት ጊዜ ይኖራል። ያ ማለት ግን ያንን አፍርሰው ሳይሆን መስሪያ ቤቶች፣ ሠራተኞች በፈቃዳቸው ነው " ሲሉ አስረድተዋል።
" እሁድም እኮ ሠራተኛ የምናስገባበት ወቅት አለ። እንጂ ከዚያ ያለፈ የተለዬ ነገር የለም " ነው ያሉት።
በሌላ በኩል ፥ የአሜሪካ ኤምባሲ ነገ የደርግ መንግሥት የወደቀበትን #የግንቦት_20 በዓል ምክንያት በማድረግ ሙሉ ቀን ስራ ዝግ ሆኖ እንደሚውል አሳውቋል።

ከሰሞኑን በርካታ #የግል ከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋማት ተማሪዎች ከምረቃ እና ከመውጫ ፈተና ጋር በተያያዘ ለቲክቫህ ኢትዮጵያ የቅሬታ መልዕክቶችን ልከዋል።
ቅሬታቸውን ከላኩት መካከል በአዲስ አበባ፣ በሀዋሳ ደሴ እና ሌሎች ከተማ የሚገኙ የኮሌጅ ተማሪዎች ይገኙበታል።
ተማሪዎቹ " በ4 አመታት ውስጥ ማጠናቀቅ ያለብንን ትምህርታችን በአግባቡ ጨርሰን ፤ ክሊራንስም ሆነ የመውጫ ፈተና ለመውሰድ ክፍያ ብንፈጽምም ድንገት ለ8 ወራት መቆየት አለባችሁ ተባልን " ሲሉ ገልጸዋል ።
ቅሬታ አቅራቢ ተማሪዎቹ ፦
° ከሌሎች ተመራቂ ተማሪዎች እኩል በሚባል ደረጃ ትምህርት እንደጀመሩ፤
° መወሰድ የሚጠበቅባቸው አስፈላጊውን ኮርስ ወስደው ማጠናቀቃቸውን፤
° የመዉጫ ፈተና የማዘጋጃ ቲቶሪያል መውሰዳቸውን ገልጸዋል።
ይሁንና " የመዉጫ ፈተናዉን ልንወስድ ጥቂት ቀናት ሲቀሩን የመመረቂያ ቀናችሁ ጊዜ በሚቀጥለዉ ዓመት ጥር ላይ ነው " በማለት የመውጫ ፈተናውን መውሰድ እንደማይጠቅመን እና የሀምሌ ወር ምረቃችን መሰረዙ ተነገረን ሲሉ ቅሬታቸዉን ገልጸዋል።
ተማሪዎቹ " ተመሳሳይ ባች ከሆኑ የመንግስት ከፍተኛ የትምህርት ተቋማት ተማሪዎች እኛ በምን ተለይተን ነው ይሄ የተደረገው ? ለምን ሌላው ሊፈተን ሲዘጋጅ እኛ ግን ' ብትፈተኑም ጥቅም የለውም ቀጣይ ዓመት ጠብቁ ' ተባልን ? ይህ በፍጹም አግባብነት የለውም ፤ መፍትሄ እንሻለን " ብለዋል።
ቲክቫህ ኢትዮጵያም ከደረሱት ብዛት ያላቸው ቅሬታዎች በመነሳት ኮሌጆችን ለማነጋገር ጥረት አድርጓል።
ከነዚህም ውስጥ አንዱ የሆነዉ የኢንፎ ሊንክ ኮሌጅ ፥ ተማሪዎቹ የሚጠበቅባቸዉን ኮርስና ሌሎች አስፈላጊ ጉዳዮችን ማጠናቀቃቸዉን ልክ እንደሆነ ገልጿል።
ይሁንና የመመረቂያ ጊዜያቸዉ የተወሰነዉ ከትምህርት ሚኒስቴር በመጣ አቅጣጫ መሆኑን አስረድቷል።
ኮሌጁ ፤ ተማሪዎቹ #የተፈተኑበት_ጊዜ ምንም እንኳን 2012 ዓ/ም መሆኑን በወቅቱ ከትምህርት ሚኒስቴር በኩል ያገኙት 'የኦንላይን ዶክሜንት' ቢያሳይም በኋላ የመጣላቸዉ ኦሪጅናል ደግሞ 2013 ዓ/ም እንደሚል ገልጿል።
ይህም ደግሞ ተማሪዎቹን ወደኋላ እንደሚያቆያቸዉና ለሚቀጥሉት ወራት የተለያዩ ትሬኒጎችና የመዉጫ ፈተና መለማመጃዎች እየሰጡ ለማቆየት መታሰቡን አስረድቷል።
በሌላ በኩል ፤ ከትምህርት ሚኒስቴር ለተለያዩ የግል ከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋማት የተላከ አንድ ደብዳቤ ተመልክተዋል።
ደብዳቤው ፦
በ2013 ዓ/ም ሁለተኛ ሴሚስተር ትምህርት የጀመሩ ተማሪዎች ለሰኔ ወር 2016 ዓ/ም የመውጫ ፈተና እንዲወስዱ እንዲደረግላቸው የጠየቁ የግል ከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋማት እንዳሉ ያስረዳል።
ነገር ግን የትምህርት ሥልጠና ፓሊሲው የመጀመሪያ ዲግሪ የሚማሩ ተማሪዎች የተቋም ቆይታቸው ቢያንስ 4 ዓመት እንደሆነ እንደሚደነግግ ይገልጻል።
አንዳንድ ተቋማት ህጋዊ ባልሆነ አግባብ ተማሪዎች የመውጫ ፈተና እንዲወስዱ መጠየቃቸውን በማንሳት ይህ የሚያስጠይቅ ነገር ስለሆነ ተቋማት ተማሪዎችን በአግባቡ በማብቃት የትምህርት ጥራት እንዲረጋገጥ እንዲሰሩ አስጠንቅቋል።
ቲክቫህ ኢትዮጵያ ተጨማሪ መረጃዎችን ከትምህርት ሚኒስቴር ጠይቆ ለማቅረብ ጥረት ያደርጋል።
