Tomorrow afternoon, Friday, September 18, H.E. Hout Hak, Minister of Tourism, together with H.E. the Ambassador of the Russian Federation and Mr. Vladimir Palancica, President of BRICS House Cambodia, will officially launch the program “Cambodia is Open – Russia is Our Next Market” at the Ministry of Tourism. The program marks Cambodia’s opening of its doors to welcome Russian tourists, investors, and business partners. Representatives of numerous Russian companies have already arrived in Cambodia as of today to participate in the program and explore new opportunities for cooperation. Following the program, Mr. Vladimir Palancica will also invite H.E. Minister Hout Hak to undertake an official visit to Russia, with the aim of further strengthening cooperation and enhancing market connectivity between Cambodia and Russia. នៅរសៀលថ្ងៃសុក្រ ទី១៨ ខែកញ្ញា ស្អែកនេះ ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ រួមជាមួយ ឯកឧត្តម អគ្គរដ្ឋទូតសហព័ន្ធរុស្ស៊ី និង លោក Vladimir Palancica ប្រធាន BRICS House Cambodia នឹងបើកកម្មវិធីផ្លូវការ “Cambodia is Open – Russia is Our Next Market” នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍។ កម្មវិធីនេះ ជាការបើកទ្វារទទួលស្វាគមន៍ឡើងវិញ ភ្ញៀវទេសចរ អ្នកវិនិយោគ និងដៃគូធុរកិច្ចរុស្ស៊ី មកកាន់កម្ពុជា។ តំណាងក្រុមហ៊ុនរុស្ស៊ីជាច្រើនបានអញ្ជើញមកដល់កម្ពុជាជាបន្តបន្ទាប់ត្រឹមថ្ងៃនេះ ដើម្បីចូលរួម និងស្វែងរកឱកាសសហប្រតិបត្តិការថ្មីៗ ស្របពេលគម្រប់ខួប៧០ឆ្នាំ នៃទំនាក់ទំនងកម្ពុជា-រុស្សុី ។ ក្រោយកម្មវិធី លោក Vladimir Palancica ក៏នឹងអញ្ជើញ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហួត ហាក់ ធ្វើដំណើរផ្លូវការទៅកាន់ប្រទេសរុស្ស៊ី ដើម្បីបន្តពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ និងការតភ្ជាប់ទីផ្សាររវាងកម្ពុជា និងរុស្ស៊ី។
