The fact is that part of our team from Ukraine does not have the opportunity to work properly due to poor Internet connection and other reasons you may imagine. We hope to restore the work of support in the Telegram channel within a few days. 4. We have not completed the full verification that the aggregators forced us to go through. At the same time, we have a new wave of accounts being blocked as the aggregators decided that part of our accounts was allegedly Russian. We are taking steps to challenge these blockings providing documents of Ukrainian members of our team. 5. Last week we have canceled part of the withdrawals by the package (Kiwi, Ethereum and Yandex). The process went wrong, and we were forced to roll back the changes. We will cancel unprocessed payments again but this time one by one. 6. Due to sanctions Google Authenticator may not work in Russia. Please use VPN services to use the service. 7.
