Statement from Sue Grey for Brett and Chris Nairn: Rory's parents Brett and Chris Nairn are taking time to process and understand the HDC's final findings and press release about the failures that the coroner found caused the death of their son Rory in November 2021 from Myocarditis ( heart inflammation) from the Pfizer vaccine. Myocarditis was identified as a risk by Pfizer itself over six months before Rory died. The first reported New Zealand Myocarditis Pfizer Vax death was in June 2021. Those findings were written up by NZ authorities for an international medical journal but not told to the NZ public. Chris and Brett don't accept the suggestion that the government intended that the public be warned about the risk of Myocarditis. During most of 2021 there was nothing in the informed consent form about the risks of the spike protein from this novel therapy or to warn the public it may cause myocarditis or other heart inflammation. Doctors who shared warnings or promoted informed consent were labelled as "anti-vax" and often disciplined by the medical council and by the HDC. Many were coerced by government mandates and discrimination from the traffic light system that led to the 2022 convoy and "freedom village" at Parliament grounds. It's been a long and traumatic journey for Brett and Chris Nairn and their family and for so many other vaccine injured families. Even now the vaccine is still being pushed on many without clear warnings that it may cause death or serious harm.

NZDSOS is deeply disappointed to hear the New Zealand Teachers (NZTSOS) lost their appeal against the Covid-19 vaccine mandates in court. We stand alongside our teachers, forced out of their profession because they didn’t receive an unproven medical treatment, still in clinical trials at the time. The Court has failed to uphold the fundamental right to decline medical treatment. What other medical treatments will be forced on us? This is inexplicable injustice.

The Fundamentals of Fifth Generation Warfare: One year on from being approached by fact checking service NewsGuard, we have again been contacted. NewsGuard, a for-profit fact-checking organization backed by Big Pharma, Big Tech, the teachers union and the U.S. government, has set itself up as the self-appointed global arbiter of what information is “trustworthy.” Predictably, powerful conflicts of interest are revealed, including Newsguard’s largest corporate investor Publicis Groupe, a World Economic Forum partner representing most major drug companies and tech firms, and using NewsGuard to blacklist competitors. The strategies used by NewsGuard staff, who believe, “if it is not endorsed by the World Health Organization [WHO], it is not true". This is a curious disclosure given the frameworks WHO and their partners are attempting to build with a focus on becoming the global arbiters of truth. Censorship and information control have been written into mainstream media and health service policy in recent years. We have outlined the historical precedents to this in previous articles. Collusions between government and mainstream media such as New Zealand’s $55 million Public Interest Journalism Fund, the Ministry of Health’s Disinformation Assessment and Response Team (DART) and the Disinformation Project ensure an accredited perspective is fed relentlessly to the public from a compliant workforce. It is not unusual for NZDSOS to be approached by paid smear campaigners who claim to be “fact checking” medical information. Instead of engaging in healthy information exchange, these staffers who rarely if ever have any health related background, merely write hit-pieces. NZDSOS will be contributing our thoughts as to what needs to be covered in the Royal Commission of Inquiry. It is our position that vaccine efficacy and more importantly vaccine safety/harm MUST be covered. The influence of regulators, including the MCNZ also needs to be examined in full. We call for a new inquiry altogether with new commissioners.  We struggle to have confidence in the existing commissioners.   The fact that they could accept roles in an inquiry that specifically excludes vaccine efficacy and does not even mention vaccine safety suggests they are compromised from the start.  How could it be acceptable that the very things that most concern many New Zealanders are not being considered?   We encourage all New Zealanders to put in your feedback both to the current inquiry and expanded Terms of Reference.
