Masking symptoms with medication, burning things with radiation, or cutting things out with surgery, will never get to the root cause of your health issue(s). Do do that you must address your diet, lifestyle, and mental & emotional state. I know this change may not be easy, especially if your beliefs around a certain ideology have become a big part of who you are. However, the pain teacher is there for a reason, and the universe can be quite the comedian, and it will keep giving you these painful lessons until you learn them. You see, your body never lies ... it doesn’t know how to. Any pain or illness you have, is a result of you being out of balance somewhere in the areas I mentioned above. So if you’ve have: - digestive issues, - chronic inflammation, - skin problems, - constant headaches or migraines, - chronic fatigue, - poor mental clarity or brain fog, - loss of libido, - joint pain, - high cholesterol, - depression and/or anxiety - cancer - diabetes - heart disease - fibromyalgia - arthritis - weight management problems, - auto immune issues Or any other chronic problem ... Then something you’re doing isn’t working. Those symptoms are your body’s way of telling you this. That means if you want to heal, then it’s time to change ... whether that means discarding old beliefs or not. However, one thing is for sure ... Your body definitely isn’t deficient in medication. You don’t need to be cooked. You haven’t got too many organs. And your illness is NOT unique. Your illness is however, a combination of the modern lifestyle you are living, added to your predisposition to disease. The good news though, is that once you start doing all the things that create health, you won’t express that predisposition to disease anymore, and your body will begin to heal. Being healthy is a matter of getting your priorities right. The more toxic your body is, the lower your quality of life is. Toxicity means you're bringing in more toxins from the outside than you can release. Our body only has a certain toxic threshold, and when you go past that threshold, that’s when issues appear. Not only to you have to stop any many of these toxins coming into your body as possible from pollution, creams, shampoos, perfumes, refined & processed foods etc, but, one of the key factors you need in place is a functioning digestive system … … because you can't have a fully functional detoxification system unless you have a functional digestive system. Anyone who's eating cheap food is likely to have a digestive system that isn't working. Or at least it won’t be working optimally. Research shows 6.5 million people in the UK (and 63 million Americans) struggle with constipation every day. That’s one 1 in 7 adults, and 1 in 3 children that are affected by constipation. So, if you go without a bowel movement for periods of three days or more then you've just been added to that list of people. A healthy colon will eliminate the contents of the lower bowel at least once per day, (and ideally 2 to 3 times a day). But with so many common lifestyle factors contributing to constipation, it's not uncommon for many people to go days without a bowel movement! It's a fact of life that no one likes to talk about. However, the truth is, if you don’t know how to poop, then you don’t know how to eat. (Just imagine those toxins not being released, as faecal matter builds up, sitting for days inside your body.) This is all without even mentioning other gut issues such as IBS, Crohn’s, or Celiac disease. Or any other illness which is the result of the body being overly toxic, such as skin issues, hormonal problems, etc. Therefore, if you don't want to have problems and you want to live a healthy and happy life, eat real organic food, and stop polluting your body with synthetic chemicals and materials. One of the tips I use with my clients when it comes to food is to keep things 6 year old simple, which means if a 6 year old can’t say it, you shouldn’t be eating it. Or to put it even more simply … if you can't pronounce a word on the label, don't eat it. P.P.S. L U P U S - R E S U L T S #repost The results of our super client Carol are astonishing. She’s followed our program and managed to get results in 16 days that the doctors couldn’t in 11 years. Diagnosed with lupus in 2008 she had been to see different consultants, “specialist” and other doctors, all who left her worse than before. Light has no shadow ... BE THE LIGHT Whatever darkness (otherwise known as shadow energy) you have had or you are experiencing right now in your life, it is there for a reason. The challenges we face mould us into the person we need to become so we can unlock our true potential. They show us that there is another path. A better way. There is a more fruitful, empowering, stronger and honourable version of ourselves that we can become. Once we embrace this notion you will start to see things differently. You will be on the road to living the life you want, and on that road there will be opportunities where you can achieve all your dreams and desires. No matter how dark things get, and how intense your pain may become, keep on remembering that it is there for a reason and one day you will look back at it and smile. From adverts, to the “news”, to the majority of charities ... they all use their power and influence to pull on our heart strings to try to manipulate us in any way they can. However, when you start to become aware of this tactic, you start to see straight through everything they do for what it is ... pure propaganda. To prove this theory, here’s a little task for you ... The next time you watch an advert for chocolate, or beer, or even a car ... ... pay close attention and see how often that advert talks about the actual product, compared to how that product will make you feel. This alone, will show you all you need to know. Remember ... YOU are the product. By manipulating how you feel, these companies and organisations can control how you act and what you think. So, instead of taking things at face value ... ... start paying close attention to what, and how, any message being sent your way may be trying to shape your emotions and consequent actions. It’s this awareness that will finally set you free.

Something people must remember, is that Big Pharma is a business that makes billions each year off the narrative they sell and pump out to the general public. However, that narriatuve isn’t true. Your body isn’t fundamentally broken, and you don’t need their pills and potions to be healthy. What you need is a diet and lifestyle that creates a healthy inner ecosystem, and robust immune system. You do this by ... - Eating real foods, - Drink clean water, - Getting adequate sleep, - Exercising intelligently, - Exposing yourself to the sun, - Taking cold showers, - Mitigating your exposure to EMF’s, - Using essential supplements, - Spending time in nature, and, - Doing things you love Big Pharma, however, will try to hide these facts from you as they only care about their bottom line ... not your health. Remember ... They don’t celebrate when their drug sales go down, only when they go up. So, instead of relying on their pills, that will only mask symptoms at best, and at worst will cause you more issues ... ... start doing all the things on the list mentioned above, and watch as your health soars. Simple and easy aren’t the same thing. It seems people are always looking for the next best diet, gadget, and fad they can mask their flag to, so they can keep up with the next trend. Well, guess what ... Success leaves clues. There’s a reason that some things stand the test of time ... ... whereas others burn brightly for a short while, only to fizzle out to never to seen or heard of again. (I’m sure there’s plenty of diets and exercise regimes you can think of when you cast your mind back that fall into this category. Zumba, Jane Fonda, 8 Minute Abs, the Thigh Master being are four of the top of my head.) The reason these things don’t last long is that they lack substance. They are “all sizzle and no steak”, as they would say in the marketing world. Whereas the principles that remain have substance in abundance. They may not be “sexy”, but they have stood the test of time for a reason. For example, when creating a healthy body the key formula is to: * drink plenty of clean water * eat real foods (organic where possible) * take essential supplements * exercise intelligently for your body and goals * fast for 12 hours - 16 hours 2/3 times a week (at least) * spend time in nature * get full body exposure to the sun where possible and spend at least 30 mins a day outside. * practice grounding and earthing * spend time with friends and family * have a purpose for getting out of bed every morning * listen to uplifting music and content * keep your brain stimulated by continually learning new things * rest when necessary * get 7/8 hours sleep a night ideally going to bed by 10 pm * take regular cold plunges or showers * limited your blue light exposure at night (wear blue-blocking glasses) * do things that bring you joy * stay away from processed and refined foods * stay away from refined sugar as much as possible * limit or greatly reduce your alcohol consumption * reduce your exposure to EMF’s and wireless radiation as much as possible * limited your involvement with toxic people * use only chemical-free skincare and makeup products * use non-toxic cooking pans and pots ... I could add a few more things here, but I think you get the point. And although you might say to yourself ... “But, I know all that already.” That’s great ... but are you honestly doing all the things mentioned above? Are you living a life that creates health? Or, are you merely paying these things lip service, and instead, hoping for a magic pill solution to your issues? Because, as you probably know, there’s a big difference between knowing the path and walking the path. To quote Kevin Hart ... “Everyone wants to be famous, but no one wants to do the work.” So, ask yourself honestly ... Are you doing all the simple things you could be right now to create health? Have you got the basics locked down? Or are you trying to mask poor lifestyle choices with the new fad diet/pill/shake/exercise regime? Because ... Unless you are doing the basics, everything else is a waste of time. Health & Happiness Ryan P.S. Obviously if you have a chronic issue or disease you are looking to overcome, then yes, you may need a program that will guide you through that process. However, if you don’t have a chronic issue, and you are just looking to create a lean and healthy body, then following the basic principles laid out above will go a long way to creating health, vitality, and body you’re after.

Everything the mainstream promotes is sub-optimal for you.  For example, in health, the average persons health markers have dropped so much that the medical industry have dropped the scores for what is considered “normal”.  This means when the average person goes to see their doctor and tells them that they are feeling sluggish, exhausted, run down & that they have one or more chronic illnesses or fertility issues, etc, their doctor will then recommend that they get their blood work done to see if anything is off.  Then when this person’s results then come back showing that there blood work all falls in the “normal” ranges, the doctor tells them everything is fine, and that they are probably a little depressed, and recommends they go on some medication or an anti-depressant.  Firstly, this is not only insane, but it is criminal! Giving people medication for things that can be fixed with diet & lifestyle shows just how corrupt the system is.  >>>Unfortunately this is a story I have heard from countless clients who were treated this way by their GP, and it is frightening.<<< Secondly, everything was NOT fine with those test results! What those tests actually showed is that the person fell well below scores of what was considered normal only 10 years ago, and that they need to make changes to their diet & lifestyle so they can start feeling and looking their best again.  (Obviously, the doctor should have asked their patient about their diet & lifestyle before sending them for any tests, but that’s not the system we are in.) The sad part is that health is just one part of the sub-optimal puzzle that’s being pushed by the mainstream.  I could go into banking, investing, politics, schools, farming, etc, the list is endless. But I will leave that for another time. Simply put, everything is set up for you to be sub-optimal, and accept it as normal. Therefore, the next time you say to yourself, “Everyone else is doing (x). It’s normal.”  Just know that not only is it very likely not normal, but it has be set up in a way to make you sub-optimal, take your energy & detract you from your full potential.   If that’s not a life you want to live for yourself or your family, I suggest you shun normal living, and instead aim for optimal.  Health & Happiness Ryan

Whilst there are certain principles and practices I prefer to use, the truth is the key to healing is actually mostly mental, because without a certain mindset you will never fully heal. Therefore, today I wanted to share with you 5 things that all my most successful clients have in common. Here goes ... 1. 💪 They Looked For Help & Pulled The Trigger Even When The Investment Scared Them Taking risks and making investments can be daunting, especially when it involves a significant amount of money. However, when it comes to getting results (and getting them fast,) our clients that invested in expert help to navigate the complexities of their issues so they could get back to full health, always save themselves so much time, energy, frustration & money in the long run. 2. 🔥 They Committed To The Process Long Term When it comes to your health if you want your results to last then you have to commit to the necessary changes long term, as well as shifting your identity around how you see yourself. The picture couldn't be more relevant today if it tried to be. Personally, I can attest to this because I am constantly talking to women who are exhausted, overworked, undernourished, overly stressed and sedentary. Now, before you switch off and think this is a rant against women, I just want to clarify that it isn't, and that couldn't be further from the truth. Women are of paramount importance, and we need to protect them if we are to survive as a civilisation. This is why this message is one society needs to hear... People seem to think because we’re in the year 2024, and, we have WiFi, Netflix and iPhones, that millions of years of genetics don’t count. That we’re above nature. The best one... That men and women are the same. Their bodies can take the same amount of physical and mental stress. Have you ever heard of the principles of Yin & Yang? The empty and the full? Masculine and feminine energy? It’s compatible with the sun and the moon. Up and down. Fire and water. Adam - Yang - Male, hot, fire, destructive, man Eve - Yin - female, womb, nurturing, moist, creative, women They are not the same, and, never will be. It’s why women can give birth to life, create mothers milk and have great nurturing energy to raise children, and men don’t. In all native cultures, the women were considered the crown jewel of the tribe. If women became damaged, the whole tribal society was at threat of non-existence, so they had many key things in place to protect them. And, without women being healthy today, society will collapse. (Don’t worry guys, we have our strengths too, but they are different to women’s.) The most common thing I see when people come to me is an excess of Yang energy. Every day I talk to successful women, who have been living life like a man in the body of a female for an extended period of time, which has lead to severe health problems. They have been trying to do too much and be everything to everyone. (This is very common with single mothers trying to do the job of a man and women at the same time.) This puts huge amounts of mental, emotional and physical stress on their body and it leads to a yang excess and burns the women out. This then results in: - thyroid issues, - adrenal fatigue, - PCOS, - mensural cycle irregularities, - pregnancy issues, - excessive bleeding - not being able to conceive and getting expensive IVF treatments (don’t get me started on this), - weight management issues - skin issues - gut problems etc. To say both sexes are the same and can handle the same physical and mental workload etc is madness, and, as I mentioned above, leading many women into all different chronic illnesses. (Yes, some women can cope with this pressure for long periods, but, they are the exception rather than the rule.) The sooner people realise this, the less chronic illness, pain, suffering and pregnancy issues will be happening. Before someone says this is a dig at women...it isn’t. Far from it. Having studied this extensively I know how important you guys are, and, I want you to take better care of yourselves. As with most chronic issues, you haven’t been doing this intentionally to yourselves. This is all result of a modern world and lifestyle where burning the candle at both ends, working silly hours and never switching off, have become a badge of honour. It’s something that seriously needs addressing. The opposing argument to this I always hear is, “Things evolve and adapt. Things change.” Yea, well, we’re the most evolved we’ve ever been, whilst simultaneously been the fattest and sickest we’ve ever been too, with infant and child allergies and chronic illness off the scale. You do the maths. So it’s up to you. You can live life at a pace that’s unsustainable for your constitution, eat and drink garbage and then poison your body with synthetic toxic medication under the illusion it’s creating health - which will sooner or later lead to a life-threatening illness. (Men this goes for you too.)

Or, you can start to give your body what it needs and wants, such as: - proper rest, - exercise, - organic food, - clean water, - sunlight - introspection - time for fun etc Which will produce REAL long-lasting health and wellness. Not only to you have to stop any many of these toxins coming into your body as possible from pollution, creams, shampoos, perfumes, refined & processed foods etc, but, one of the key factors you need in place is a functioning digestive system … … because you can't have a fully functional detoxification system unless you have a functional digestive system. Anyone who's eating cheap food is likely to have a digestive system that isn't working. Or at least it won’t be working optimally. Research shows 6.5 million people in the UK (and 63 million Americans) struggle with constipation every day. That’s one 1 in 7 adults, and 1 in 3 children that are affected by constipation. So, if you go without a bowel movement for periods of three days or more then you've just been added to that list of people. A healthy colon will eliminate the contents of the lower bowel at least once per day, (and ideally 2 to 3 times a day). But with so many common lifestyle factors contributing to constipation, it's not uncommon for many people to go days without a bowel movement! It's a fact of life that no one likes to talk about. However, the truth is, if you don’t know how to poop, then you don’t know how to eat. (Just imagine those toxins not being released, as faecal matter builds up, sitting for days inside your body.) This is all without even mentioning other gut issues such as IBS, Crohn’s, or Celiac disease. Or any other illness which is the result of the body being overly toxic, such as skin issues, hormonal problems, etc. Therefore, if you don't want to have problems and you want to live a healthy and happy life, eat real organic food, and stop polluting your body with synthetic chemicals and materials. L U P U S - R E S U L T S #repost The results of our super client Carol are astonishing. She’s followed our program and managed to get results in 16 days that the doctors couldn’t in 11 years. Diagnosed with lupus in 2008 she had been to see different consultants, “specialist” and other doctors, all who left her worse than before.
