If you search "24-hours Sun in Antarctica" on YouTube you will find only a couple of videos which are demonstrably edited and faked. V#1 - Ben debunks 24-hour Sun timelapses posted on YouTube by: Josh Miller (youtu.be/YQlr366eels) & Richard Ross (youtu.be/9jF349mX2lw) where some part of the footage has been copy pasted and looped. V#2 - Eric points out that the most popular 24-hour Sun timelapse video by Anthony Powell (youtu.be/BgZa9oZDN5g) has multiple layers where parts of the text layer - letters "NORTH" (53:00) and "WEST" (58:00) are hidden behind the foreground mountains video layer. V#3 - Jeran exposes about the missing 8-10 hour footage from the Amundsen-Scott South pole station live webcams. https://gml.noaa.gov/obop/spo/movies.html This raises the question: If the earth is really a globe why would they need to hide/fake a 24 hour Sun in Antarctica?

Problems with Antarctica's 24-hour Sun footage The 24-hour Sun footage shot by Astrophysicist/Scientist/Engineer Robert Schwarz shows the Sun making a 360° circle above the horizon (at a constant speed and altitude) at Amundsen-Scott South Pole Station in Antarctica. https://vimeo.com/208466944 If the Earth were a ball rotating on its tilted (23.4°) axis the Sun should be seen moving up and down over the horizon in the Antarctica. Also if the Earth travels 2,568,000 km in one day in its elliptical orbit around the Sun, as a result of the combined effect of the Earth's lateral motion and its axial rotation, the Sun should appear to be slowing down and speeding up as it moves from right to left. And here we haven't even considered the effect on footage due to speed of the Sun (230 km/s * 24 hr) and distance it travels in 24 hours while orbiting the Milky Way galaxy! But the 24-hour footage of the Antarctic Sun presented here shows no such movement according to the globe model, therefore it cannot be trusted.

The Midnight Sun If the earth be a globe, at midnight the eye would have to penetrate thousands of miles of land and water even at 65° North latitude, in order to see the sun at midnight. That the sun can be seen for days together in the Far North during the Northern summer, proves that there is something very seriously wrong with the globular hypothesis. Besides this, how is it that the midnight sun is never seen in the south during the southern summer? Cook penetrated as far South as 71º, Weddell in 1893 reached as far as 74°, and Sir James C. Ross in 1841 and 1842 reached the 78th parallel, but I am not aware that any of these navigators have left it on record that the sun was seen at midgnight in the south. Captain Woodside of the American barkentine Echo, at Capetown on 26th June, 1898, reports that he had been a good deal in the great southern ocean, and often when in latitude 62° south he has had a kind of daylight all night, but not sufficient to read by ; but the midnight sun was never seen. Since writing the foregoing I have received from the Secretary of the Royal Belgian Geographical Society a paper, entitled EXPEDITION ANTARCTIQUE BELGE. In this paper it is stated by Lieut. de Gerlache, the Commander of the expedition, that" On 17th May the sun set, and was not seen above our horizon again until 21st July. " This was during the severest part of the winter at latitude 71° 36' south . On pages 9 and 10 of the same pamphlet it is stated that the ship quitted her winter quarters on the 14th February. She had thus been a winter and a summer in the ice at that latitude. During the winter, the extraordinary phenomenon of total darkness caused by the total disappearance of the sun for two months is duly recorded, and had the sun been seen at midnight in the summer, it is only natural and reasonable that such another extraordinary phenomenon should have been chronicled ; but there is not one word in the pamphlet about the matter. We conclude, therefore, that there is no midnight sun in the south. My thoughts on "The Final Experiment" First of all calling it as "the final experiment" is a misnomer. It's neither an experiment nor the final one. It's going to be just an observation. The official statement of the organizer (who himself is a globe believer) assumes and unilaterally declares that this "celestial" observation is the only decisive factor needed to confirm whether the Earth is flat or a globe. Where all the "terrestrial" empirical evidences of flatness of the ocean/lakes and land masses confirmed by the long range visibility/laser/radio experiments and tests are ignored. Unfortunately the two prominent Flat Earthers who have enrolled for this Antarctic trip are saying that if they could see the 24-hour sun at the Union Glacier, then it would disprove the flat earth model, suggesting that the earth might be a globe. This obsession with trying to fit every celestial and terrestrial observation into a model may not work, because as humans we cannot fully understand God's creation, especially the celestial realm. They even actively hide them and censor any scrutiny about it. So, does 24-hour Sun observation in Antarctica will prove anything conclusively - No. Should Flat Earthers participate in this observation - Yes!
