Everyone copied Pump.fun's bonding curve. Sazare is trying to replace it.
Issues with PF (bonding curve) model:
• Snipers take it all
• Dumping without floor
• LP is too low to size in
Possible external solutions that serious teams use are external market makers, supply control, exchange listings etc
Sazare turns the Uniswap v4 pool itself into the market maker using hooks, removing the need for external market makers. Everything written in 1 single contract without need of any external intervention.
Some mechanics that caught my attention:
🟢 Rising price floor
50% of issuance proceeds are permanently locked into a redemption reserve.
70% of trading fees (1% tax) are added to that reserve.
The reserve acts as a protocol-owned buy wall that only grows over time.
🔥 Sell pressure reduces supply
When price reaches the redemption floor, the reserve buys tokens back.
Those tokens are burned permanently instead of being recycled.
📈 Supply expands only with demand
Hard cap: 1B tokens.
No team allocation.
New supply is minted only when buyers pay issuance, with half of proceeds strengthening the reserve.
🚀 Launchpad flywheel
Anyone can launch a floor-backed token.
Launchpad revenue is used to buy back and burn $SZR (50% trading fee).
Projects can even choose different backing assets (ETH, stablecoins, tokenized RWAs/Robinhood assets in the future).
Instead of relying on OTC deals/ Market makers/ Mercenary LPs, protocol attempts to make liquidity and downside protection part of the token's design through V4 hooks.
Protocol had a relaunch for contract upgrades for better liquidity on every platform (bots/ aggregator/ their own pool on website). This is one of the more innovative token launch models I've seen in a while. If Uniswap v4 hooks become the standard for token launches, protocols like Sazare could be worth paying attention to.

Comparison with Sato Protocol (30M ath):
Similarlity lies in the concept that both build a treasury and maintains a downside token price support. However, Sazare is more focussed on launchpad infrastructure while sato was focussed on reserve asset only. So Sazare's model is more scalable on paper atleast.
As usual, I bought and that's the only reason I post here. Good thing is that there aint many KOLs talking about it for now. Getting attention from some whales/ FA guys only. Time your entries as I see it as a slow mooner.

Gamified ponzi on top of Robinhood. Launched 3 days back only. So essentially, we are early late and not late late. Same team as Bean on base.
Mechanics:
25 squares. Each player can bet any amount of eth on any 1 or all 25 squares at a time. Each game lasts for 60 seconds. A verifiably random (Pyth VRF) number selects one of the 25 squares. Irrespective of how much money is bet on each square, the selection of winning square is random.
90% of bet money is distributed to winning square betters.Suppose none of the player bet on winning square, then the entire pot goes for token buyback and burn.
Protocol Fee:
10% of eth bet by each player is taken as protocol Fee. 95% of this protocol fee goes for buyback and burn. Remaining 5% is paid to token stakers. Staking do not have any cool down and current apr us around 500%.
Jackpot:
Each game has 1.1 Pea minted. 1 Pea goes winning square and 0.1 pea to Jackpot. This jackpot is not associated with winning square and can activate anytime across multiple games. It keeps accumulating till its doesn’t activate across games. This jackpot in form of tokenised equities. Odds of winning are 1 in 333.

Supply minted: 11336 (Most of it is locked on sablier till October + some is staked as TVL)

Nutshell:
· Ponzi is generating $500k revenue everyday for buyback and burn. On an average, 0.3eth worth tokens are bought back and burnt every minute.
· Current mcap of $2.7m (circulating is around 8m including sablier and stakers) against a buyback of $500k everyday.
· We are early-late imo and not late-late.
· Keep watching the volume on the game. If they sustain, ponzi is going much higher imo as more volumes on game means more buybacks, which will eventually push prices higher.
· As always, it’s a ponzi and therefore my gambled amount is lower with expctations of higher risk reward.

If you think it’s just another meme or NFT token, you are mistaken. It is trying to be a native defi ecosystem built around RH chain. If you believe RH could be Coinbase of tokenised stocks, this could be an asymmetric bet on it.
ETH has Uniswap/ Aave, Sol has Jupiter/ kamino, Stonkbroker might be Aave of RH.

Clutch Labs has a history of shipping multiple on-chain products and has previously received ecosystem support such as an Arbitrum Foundation grant and a Polymarket Builders Grant, which gives additional credibility to their execution record.
Btw, rewards are converted to tokenised stocks and distributed to activated NFTs. So there is RWA, NFT and Defi, all 3 narrative, together here.
Chart:
Its probably the 1st major dip since launch and near breakout. So comfortable level to not topblast. 8m mcap is too small if things work out as expected.
