Jokingly calling him a “pro-Russian candidate being controlled by the Kremlin”. 😂 A former Kremlin advisor said Biden is “retarded”. But on a serious note, the Russians are displeased with the “murderous madman” comments made by Biden in reference to Putin. They also recognize the entire world saw how incompetent Biden has become.
