Today the Church honors the Supreme Mystery of One God in Three Divine Persons. Our intellect is too limited to comprehend the inner essence and life of the Infinite God. Our contemplation of this Mystery is an occasion for humble adoration and a petition for an increase of faith. Everything in our Christian Religion is related to the Holy Trinity: Creation, Sanctification, and Salvation. The “Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit” is an expression of our reverence and gratitude.
