The mRNA sequence of SARS-CoV-2 that produces the spike protein is found in the COVID-19 mRNA vaccines, which means that the HIV1 GP-120 mRNA sequence (CGG CGG) is part of the patented COVID-19 mRNA vaccine technology. Since Dr. Fauci owns the patent for HIV1 GP-120, he is entitled to royalty payments for the sale every mRNA COVID-19 vaccine.
