"SHADOWING" TEXNIKASI QANCHALIK FOYDALI
part2
SHADOWING TEXNIKASI AYNAN QAYSI SKILLARNI RIVOJLANTIRISHGA YORDAM BERADI?
1. SPEAKING.
Shadowing texnikasi shubhasiz, speakingni rivojlantirishga, tabiylik va ravonlikni oshirishga yordam beradi. Doimiy shadowing qilish (kamida bir kunda 1 ta videoni shadowing qilsangiz 1 oy ichida natijalarni sezib boshlaysiz) speakingizni kuchaytirishga katta yordam qiladi. Bu texnikadan shaxsan o'zim deyarli har kuni foydalanaman, yuqori effektli metod bo'lmaganida sizga tavsiya qilib o'tirmasdim. Lekin muhim bir jihat bor — "Consistency is the key here". Bugun bitta video shadowing qilib, bir oydan keyin yana bitta video shadowing qiladigan bo'lsangiz 10 yilda ham natijasini his qilmaysiz🤦♂️.
Practice makes perfect. Har kuni kamida 1 ta video shadowing qiling, effekti 💯
2. PRONUNCIATION
Pronunciation bu — so'zlarni talaffuz qilish. Menimcha, til o'rganuvchilar orasida eng kam ahamiyat beriladigan, e'tiborsiz qoldiriladigan skill hisoblanadi. Sababi ham bir tomondan tushunarli, bizga ingliz tilini o'rganishimizda to'g'ridan–to'g'ri foydasi yo'qdek tuyuladi ( Pronunciation haqida hali alohida bir necha kun gapiramiz balki haftalar ketar, chunki juda muhim va katta tema). Shadowing qiish tabiiy ravishda so'zlarni to'g'ri talaffuz qilishingizga yordam beradi. Borgan sari "tilingiz kelishib" boradi. Og'iz va til mushaklari uchun shadowing texnikasi bu bir "exercise". Bundan ko'rinib turibdiki, qancha ko'p va davomiy shadowing metodi praktika qilinsa, shuncha yaxshi natijalarga erishish mumkin.
3. INTONATSIYA VA RITM
Intonatsiya bu gapirganingizda so'zlarni ohangining ko'tarilishi va tushishi. Intonatsiyadan to'g'ri foydalanish gapirganda robotga o'xshab qolmasligingizni ta'minlaydi. Inson hissoyotlari ham u gapirganda so'z intonatsiyasiga ta'sir qiladi. Ritm esa gapdagi so'zlarni tempi, stressi hisoblanadi. Stress bu urg'u.
Ochig'ini aytsam, ko'pincha Intonatsiya va ritmga alohida e'tibor qaratilmadi ( bu haqida ham alohida gaplashamiz). Intonatsiya, ritm va stress borligi uchun musiqa mavjud. Ularsiz robotlarga o'xshab gaplashgan bo'lardik.
SHAXSIY "SHADOWING" METODIM
Yuqorida keltirilgan Shadowing texnikasi dunyoda umumiy va keng tarqalgan uslub. Effekti 💯 bo'ladi. Juda ko'p lingvistlar, soha mutaxassislari, poliglotlar shadowing texnikasidan foydalanishadi va tavsiya qilishadi. Shadowing metodining effekti borasida o'tkazilgan bir necha xalqaro miqyosdagi tadqiqotlar ham buni tasdiqlaydi. Men foydalanadigan shadowing texnikasi biroz boshqacharoq.
1. Videoni subtitrni yoqib qo'yib ko'raman, shu bilan birga ovoz chiqarmasdan (ichimda) birma-bir speakerni qaytaraman. Kontekt, speaker ishlatayotgan so'zlar bilan tanishib chiqaman.
2. Ikkinchi marta sal boshqacharoq bo'ladi. Videoni 2-marta qaytadan ko'raman, bu safar "Setting" dan videoni ovozini butunlay ochirib qo'yaman, agar videoni tempi juda yuqori bo'lsa (agar speaker juda tez gapirsa) gapirish tezligini 0,75 ga (Youtube "Setting" da "Playback speed" degan joyi bor, ana o'sha yerdan o'zgartirish mumkin) qo'yaman, shunda subtitr sekinroq chiqadi. Bu safar ovozimni chiqarib subtitrga qarab gapiraman. Bunda ko'proq xuddi o'zimni nutqimni gapirayotgandek tutaman.
Kinolarda ko'rgan bo'lsangiz kerak buni: teleboshlovchilar uchun kamera ortida nutq matni berib boriladi. Ular esa yodlab aytgandek gapirishadi. Men ham huddi shunday qilaman.
Qisqasi, to'g'ri tushuntira oldim deb o'yliman!
P.s. Shadowing texnikasi bo'yicha ma'lumotlar foydali bo'ladi degan umiddaman. Fikringizni botda qoldiring. @reallifeenglishbot

"SHADOWING" TEXNIKASI QANCHALIK FOYDALI
"Shadowing" texnikasi haqida eshitganmisiz? Nima uchun hozirgi kunda til o'rganuvchilar orasida trendga aylanib boryapti? Chindan ham samaralimi?
Shadowing texnikasi SPEAKING, LISTENING va PRONUNCIATION skillarini rivojlantirishning ajoyib usuli. Lekin ko'pchilik bu texnika haqida yetarli ma'lumotga ega emas.
Shadowing texnikasini qulayliklari:
1. Hech kimning yordamisiz yolg'iz bajara olishingiz
2. Ko'p vaqt talab qilmasligi ( odatda 15-20 minut)
3. O'ta samarali
4. Umuman pul talab qilmasligi
SHADOWING O'ZI QANAQA METOD?
Sodda qilib qilib aytganda, shadowing bu — til o'rganish texnikasi, bunda siz audio yoki videoni eshitasiz va orqasidan nimani eshitgan bo'lsangiz takrorlaysiz. Ya'ni soyaga o'xshab qaytarasiz, "shadowing" so'zi ham shundan kelib chiqqan.Video yoki Audiodagi speakerni eshitasiz va ovoz chiqarib uni so'zlarini qaytarasiz. E'tibor bering videoni ko'rib, uni to'xtatib, keyin qaytarmaysiz. Videoni ko'rayotganingizda (audioni eshitayotganingizd) uni to'xtatmasdan orqasidan qaytarasiz, bir vaqtni o'zida.
SHADOWING TEXNIKASIDAN QANDAY TO'G'RI FOYDALANILADI?
Shadowing qilish tartibini bosqichma–bosqich ko'rib chiqamiz.
1. Video (yoki Audio) tanlab oling. Video (yoki audio) tanlaganda sizni qiziqtiradigan sohada bo'lishiga e'tibor bering. Faqat ingliz tiliga oid video bo'lishi shart emas. Istagan sohada bo'lishi mumkin; food, dizayn, lifestyle, fashion, psixologiya, biznes, sevimli aktyor yoki aktrisangizni intervyulari bo'lishi mumkin. Ahamiyat berishingiz kerak bo'lgan jihat shundaki: speakerni aksenti siz o'rganayotgan aksentda bo'lishi, nisbatan sekinroq va tushunarliroq gapirishi kerak.
2. Videoni birinchi oxirigacha ko'ring (audioni oxirigacha eshiting). Qisqa videolar tanlashni tavsiya qilaman. Shaxsan men 10-12 minutlik videolardan foydalanib shadowing qilaman. Birinchi, videoni to'liq ko'rib chiqing, nechchi foiz tushunyapsiz, yangi so'zlar chiqyaptimi, shularga e'tibor bering. Darajangizga mos bo'lgan videolarni tanlashni tavsiya qilaman.
3. Shadowing qiling. Subtitrni istasangiz yoqib yoki ochirib qo'yib shadowing qilishingiz mumkin. Subtitr bilan shadowing qilish ancha osonroq. Shadowing qilayotganda diqqatingizni nima deyilayotganiga emas, so'zlarni talaffuziga qarating. Bitta videoni bir necha marta qaytarishingiz mumkin. Lekin 2-3 martadan ko'p qaytarmaslikni maslahat beraman.
Davomi bor... 2–qismda Shadowing texnikasini aynan nimalarda foyda berishini ko'rib chiqamiz. Shuningdek, shaxsiy shadowing texnikam haqida ma'lumot beraman. Kanaldan uzoqlashmang!

ONLINE KURSLAR QANCHALIK EFFEKTIV?
Koronavirus kirib kelgandan beri online til kurslar ko'payib boryapti. Lekin, hali ko'pchilik online til kurslariga nistaban ishonchsizroq kayfiyatdi, Albatta, bir tomondan bu tushunarli va kutilgan holat. Hozir biz moslashish davrini dastlabki bosqichidamiz. Bir narsani e'tiborga olish kerak — online ta'lim bundan buyon hayotimizning ajralmas qismiga aylanib boradi. Faqat til kurslarini nazarda tutmayapman. Hozirgi kunda deyarli istagan sohangizda dunyoning yetakchi mutaxassislari taklif qilayotgan kurslarni topishingiz mumkin.
Online til kurslarining Offline kurslardan asosiy afzallik jihatlari — VAQT, PUL va QULAYLIK
VAQT — bu birinchi afzallik. Online kurslarda qatnashish uchun qayerda bo'lishingizni ahamiyati yo'q, internet va telefon yoki kompyuter bo'lsa yetarli (albatta, internet ham). Offline kurslarga qatnaganimizda yo'l yurish uchun ancha vaqtimizni sarflashimiz mumkin. Bu albatta, qatnaydigan til kursimizning yaqin-uzoqligiga bog'liq.
PUL — bu ikkinchi afzallik. Online til kurslar nisbatan ancha arzonroq Offline kurslar bilan solishtirganda. Umumiy olib qaraganda, albatta (ba'zi online kurslar offline kurslardan qimmat bo'lishi mumkin, bunisi endi kurs o'tayotgan insonga bog'liq). Bu yerda o'quv markazi faktori mavjud, chunki offline kurslarda o'quv markazlar to'lagan oylik to'lovingizni 40–70% ni oladi. Online kurslarda o'quv markazlari odatda ishtirok etmaydi (ba'zi o'quv markazlar o'zlarining online kurslarini ham taklif etishyapti, lekin ular ham baribir kurslar offline emasligini hisobga olib narx belgilashadi) va shuning uchun ham kurslar nisbatan arzonroq.
QULAYLIK — bu uchinchi afzallik. Ochig'ini aytsam, online kurslarning eng katta afzalligi ularning qulayligidir (shaxsiy fikrim). Istagan joydan turib online kurslarga qatnashishingiz mumkin. Ayniqsa, native speakerlar bilan gaplashish imkoniyati mavjudligi. Hozirgi kunda native teacherlarni topish juda ham oson. Juda katta til o'rgatadigan platformalar bor. Masalan, LINGODA haqida eshitgan bo'lsangiz kerak. Bu platformada 24-7 live classlar mavjud. Darslar kichik guruhlarda va 1 on 1 o'tkaziladi. Agar imkoniyatingiz yetarli bo'lsa shunga o'xshash xalqaro darjadagi, native English teacherlardan ingliz tilini o'rganishni tavsiya qilaman.
P.s. Yashab turgan joyingizda yaxshi o'qituvchi bo'lsa, albatta imkoniyatdan foydalaning! Meni umuman offline kurslarga qarshiligim yo'q. Lekin ko'pchilik ingliz tili o'qituvchilarining bitta kamchilik jihatini ko'p kuzataman, u ham bo'lsa ananaviy dars metodlaridan foydalanishida aksariyatlari. Til o'rganish juda ham AKADEMIK bo'lib qolgan, ya'ni qolipga tushib qolgan. Aslida har qanday tilni KREATIV usullarda o'rganish mumkin. Sevimli filmlaringizni ko'rish, sevimli youtuberlaringizni kuzatish, sevimli kitoblaringizni o'qish orqali ham ingliz tilini bemalol o'rganish mumkin.
10–12 tilda erkin gaplasha oladigan poliglotlarning asosiy jihati shundaki — ular doim TIL O'RGANISH JARAYONIDAN ZAVQLANISHADI. Buni umuman yodingizdan chiqarmang.
Siz nima deb o'ylaysiz? Fikringiz qoldiring! @reallifeenglishbot

DO WE NEED SOCIAL MEDIA ?
We all love spending time on social networks. We are literally all day long on the phone, scrolling our Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or Telegram feeds.
I don’t wanna criticize you for this. Don’t get me wrong. Social networks have already become an integral part of our lives. There is no denying at all.
But, I have a different question: ARE YOU SPENDING YOUR TIME ON SOCIAL NETWORKS WISELY? Is the time you spent on social networks contributing to your future success?
These are the BIG questions we need to answer. We can’t eliminate social networks from our lives to save time, but WE CAN CHOOSE PEOPLE ON SOCIAL NETWORKS WHOM WE FOLLOW.
Just check the people whom you follow on different platforms. Are they the people WHO TEACH YOU SOMETHING, WHO INSPIRE OR GUIDE YOU to the destination where you really want to be? Are you learning something useful from them?
If your answer is no to these questions, you really need to rethink why you are spending time on the Internet and why you are just wasting your time on unnecessary content.
Whenever you start following people whom you admire and who motivate you, you will find a new source of energy and motivation to actually get up and to do things you always wanted to do.

Afg'onistonlik qizni maktubini o'qib ta'sirlangan kuzatuvchilarimizdan birining fikrlari...
Good afternoon! How are you?
Hope you don't think anything bad if l give my opinions as l read that teenager's letter. Because it brought me some memories. lt's incredibly heartbreaking. First of all, this is a country of spiral of violence and land of endless war. You know we are neighbours with them as we live close to Amudarya port. We used to hear voices of bomb and shootings. Especially lately days. It was terrible. At that long time of the invasion there were almost no girls in schools. In the last two decades millions have been educated forging careers as doctors or teachers, artist and accountants. They have been falling this crisis for decades. Girls were supposed to giive up on their dreams and goals. They were loosing their ambitions in this process. You know, when we lived in the centre of the city we used to have many immigrant families around us. Not all, but some of those were very intelligent. But they had no opportunity to have good education. And what they need was just freedom and peace. All over the world there are many talanted children and perhaps they might be as great as Elon Musk or Steve Jobs or any other people like that but they are in uneasy conditions and are not beeing provoded, supported or encouraged at the right moments.
You know what dream l have? You can say your dream is bigger than you. But why? Wait! Make yourself bigger for it. Coz we live only once. Just open that door, as this door is always open and you will be given what you've wished. Especially, when you are not wishing for yourself, but you are wishing for others. So one day l will be afforded for that and l have no doubt for it. I will not change my home into castle, l will not change my transport or clothes. They will stay the way they were. But l will support those children who want to study but have no condition. I will support those students who are not able to pay their contracts. I will support sick people who have no money to buy medicine. I just want to spread out kindness to helpless and poor people.
And l have a passion for teaching kids to become readers, to become comfortable with a book and not daunted. Because books spark kids imagination and stimulate curiosity. They develop ability to focus on things and develop social skills. And l can go on and on and on about benefits of reading for children. But l want to end with Napaleon Bonaparte's words. It was: "Show me a family of readers and l will show you the people who move the world." And it's so true. Because, today whoever is readers, tomorrow they are leaders
P.s. Tinchlikni qadriga yetaylik azizlar!

This is a letter from a teenage girl in Afghanistan. It was sent to Angelian Jolie and then she posted it on Instagram.
Observing what is happening in Afghanistan made me realize once again how much valuable freedom and peace is that we have in our country.

Har kuni yangi so'z yodliman, lekin speakingda o'rgangan so'zlarimni qo'llay olmiman...
#part2
2. SPEAKING
Doimiy speaking praktika qilish orqali siz birinchidan gapirish qobiliyatingizni rivojlantirasiz (boshqa yo'li ham yo'q aslida) ikkinchidan yangi o'rgangan so'zlardan foydalanish imkoniyatingiz bo'ladi. Ko'pchilikka tanish bo'lgan yana bir holat bor — yangi so'z yodlimiz, bir necha kundan keyin esa yodimizdan chiqib ketadi. Menimcha bu 💯 barchamizga tanish. Speakingda ko'proq so'zlardan foydalana olishning yagona yo'li bu — "Speakingda yangi so'zlardan foydalanishdir"
3. LISTENING
Listening passiv skil bo'lganligi uchun sizdan ko'p narsa talab qilinmaydi, lekin bu bilan listeningni rivojlantirish oson bo'ladi demoqchimasman. Har kuni listening qilish orqali nafaqat yangi o'rgangan so'zlaringizni mustahkamlash imkoni bor, shuningdek to'gridan-to'g'ri yangi so'zlarni kontekstda o'rganishingiz mumkin bo'ladi(Vocabulary o'rganishning eng samarali va to'g'ri usuli ham aslida kontekstdan o'rganishdir). Listening rivojlantirishning yo'llari juda ko'p. Youtube eng yaxshi platformalardan biri va darajangiz qanday bo'lishini farqi yo'q beginnermi yo advanced, sizga qiziqarli bo'lgan kontent doim topiladi.
4. READING
This is probably the most obvious one. Of course reading is not just for improving your vocabulary but also, for learning new things you are interested in. I always highly recommend reading books daily, that is because learning is a life-long process and one of the best ways of learning is reading great books. I mean books are I think the greatest discoveries of all time. Books can have unbelievably strong impact on us if we can see their true values. Some great minds and thinkers spend most of their life writing books, you have a chance to learn that knowledge within few hours and incorporate them into your own life.
P.s. Do'stlar shunchaki o'qigan bilan "ish bitmaydi", o'z- o'zidan muommo hal bo'lib qolmaydi. O'rganganlaringizni amalda sinamaguningizgacha, ulardan foyda yo'q

Har kuni yangi so'z yodliman, lekin speakingda o'rgangan so'zlarimni qo'llay olmiman...🤷♂
Sizga ham tanishmi bu holat? 99% holatda javob "YES", albatta 1% "Exception" mavjud. Bu muommo hammada uchraydi. Faqat menda shunaqa bo'lyati deb o'ylamang, aslida ko'pchilik uchun asosiy to'siqlardan biri bu "so'z o'rganish emas", balki "yodlagan so'zlarni doimiy eslab qola olish va speakingda qo'llay olishdir"
Demak, ushbu muommo aniq va konkret, ko'pchilikda uchraydigan holat, xo'p buni yechimi bormi?
Of course when there is a problem, there is a solution too.
Ushbu muommoni bartaraf etishni asosiy usullarini birma-bir ko'rib chiqamiz.
1. WRITING
Ha, Writing so'zlarni eslab qolishingizda juda katta foydasi bor. Chunki writing qilganingizda faqatgina yodingizda bo'lgan so'zlardan foydalana olasiz (hamma yodlagan so'zlaringizdan emas). Ko'proq writing bilan shug'ullanish yangi o'rgangan lug'atlarni mustahkamlashga xizmat qiladi. Ochig'ini aytaman, endi til o'rgangan paytalarim writing ga unchalik e'tibor bermasdim (honestly I hated writing), ahamiyatli emas deb hisoblardim. Aslida, writing ni foydali jihatlari juda ham ko'p ekan. Faqatgina til bilan bog'liq bo'lmagan ( kreativlikni oshiradi, erkin fikrlashni rivojlantiradi, etc.) juda ham ahamiyatli tomonlari mavjudligini tushunib yetdim. Writing ni rivojlantirishning eng qulay va effektiv usullaridan biri kundalik jurnal tutishdir ( bilaman ko'pchilikka bu klishe bo'lib tuyulishi tabiiy hol, lekin chindan ham samarali ). Shuningdek ijtimoiy tarmoqlarda, ayniqsa bizni holatda Telegramda ingliz tili gruppalarda faqat ingliz tilida yozish ham foydali.
Instagram va Facebookda ham ingliz tilida postlar qoldirishingiz mumkin. Qisqasi writing uchun qanaqa imkoniyat bo'lsa foydalanish kerak.
Davomi bor...

5 Phrasal Verbs with BLOW! 🌬 Vocabulary Lesson | Practice English
Emma
Phrasal verbs are groups of words in English, made up of a verb and either one or two particles. A particle can be either a preposition, like ‘up’ or an adverb like ‘together’.
Phrasal verbs are a tricky!!
Often, one phrasal verb can have more than one meaning.
Often they are idiomatic, so the meaning is not obvious.
Not every phrasal verb follows the same rules - some are transitive, some are intransitive, some are separable or inseparable, or both!
But ignoring them is NOT an option, because they are soooo common. They come up in conversation all the time.

Phrasal verbs in this lesson:
- Blow off
- Blow out
- Blow up
- Blow apart
