Yield App appoints liquidator Cork Gully LLP Dear Yield App Community, We regret to inform you that Yield App has commenced insolvent liquidation proceedings. As part of this process, Stephen Cork and Hadley Chilton of Cork Gully LLP have been appointed as the joint liquidators to oversee the orderly winding-up of Yield App. The liquidators’ role includes assessing Yield App’s financial affairs, collecting and liquidating assets, and managing customer and stakeholder claims in accordance with legal requirements. Subsequently, all communications concerning liquidation proceedings will now be directed through Cork Gully. Our priority is to optimise the realisable value from Yield App for all parties and we will ensure that all stakeholders, including creditors, customers, employees, and regulatory authorities are informed and supported throughout the process. During this challenging period, the liquidators are committed to a robust, transparent and efficient process and will provide regular updates on the progress of the liquidation. We understand that this news may raise questions, and we encourage customers and stakeholders to refer to the FAQs that have been posted on Yield App’s homepage for more information about liquidation proceedings. Update on completed Angel Launchpad deals: All funds raised in the Me3 and Raiinmaker deals on Angel Launchpad have been sent to the respective projects in full. All users who participated in these deals will receive their tokens from the respective projects.

Suspension of platform activity ahead of liquidation proceedings 28 JUNE 2024, 04:15 UTC: Yield App Ltd, a Seychelles-incorporated limited liability company, is today, Friday 28 June 2024, announcing the suspension of all activity on the digital wealth platform yield.app as the company prepares to enter liquidation proceedings. This follows the realization of portfolio losses incurred through third-party hedge fund managers that held Yield App assets in custody on the collapsed cryptocurrency exchange FTX, and who are subject to ongoing litigation. With immediate effect, all activity on yield.app will be halted as Yield App consults with liquidators. This decision has been made to ensure fair and equal treatment for all Yield App’s users and stakeholders. During this time, community channels will be suspended while a support channel will remain open via https://yield.app. Yield App asks for the patience of its valued customers as it works with its advisors, with whom it jointly commits to releasing further information, including detailed FAQs, at the earliest possible date.
