A classic meal in 5 minutes that ticks all the boxes. 🔥🔥🔥 Crispy skin fish with sea salt and pepper, garlic, parsley, olive oil and vinegar (I used black cherry vinegar from Tasmania…so good!) Put a little fat of choice in your pan and get it warm, then add the salted fish, skin side down and cook for 4 minutes until crisp and nearly cooked through, turn off the heat and add extra virgin olive oil, garlic and parsley and once the garlic starts to colour, add your vinegar of choice. Add pepper and serve skin side up 💗💗💗
