Next time you notice your fears being triggered, instead of responding in the way you always have by running in the opposite direction to avoid the discomfort, try leaning in, be with it.  Identify the fear. Identify the story attached to it. Where in the body do you feel discomfort? Where do your thoughts go? Get curious about it. Whats beneath the surface of that fear? Does it serve you or hinder you? (make a list) Is the story you've identified with true? Stop letting your fears sabotage you from having the things you want. Address the triggers when they arise otherwise you'll forever be the cause of your own suffering and you'll never know what it's like to be free, forever a slave to a prison of your own creation. Some say those promoting atheism are controlled opposition. Some say those promoting Christianity are controlled opposition. Some say those promoting spirituality are controlled opposition.
