ለሳዌአ ወላጆች/ህጋዊ አሳዳጊዎች ጉዳዩ:- የ2019 የት/ዘመን ቅድመ-ዝግጅት ማስታወሻ ፤ የማክበር ሰላምታችንን እያቀረብን ለትምህርት ቤት ዝግጅት እንዲያመቻችሁ የሚከተሉትን ጉዳዮች ልናስታውስ ወደድን፦ 1. የትምህርት ዘመን እና የክፍል ሰዓት • ትምህርት የሚጀመርበት ቀን፦ ሁሉም ቅድመ ዝግጅቶች ተጠናቀው መደበኛ ትምህርት ሰኞ መስከረም 04 ቀን 2019 ዓ.ም. ይጀምራል። • የክፍል ምደባ ማስታወቂያ፦ የተማሪዎች የክፍል ምደባ በትምህርት ቤቱ የውስጥ ማስታወቂያ ሰሌዳ ላይ ይለጠፋል። • ከጠዋት 2:00 ሰዓት ከሰልፍ ስነ-ስርዓት በፊት ተማሪዎች ት/ቤት ግቢ እንድታደርሷቸው እና ትምህርት ለሙሉ ቀን እስከ 9:00 ሰዓት ስለሆነ በጊዜ እንድትወስዷቸው ይሁን። 2. የስነ-ስርዓት፣ የፀጉር እና የአለባበስ መመሪያዎች:- እነዚህን ቅድመ ሁኔታዎች ያላሟሉ ተማሪዎች ወደ ትምህርት ቤት ግቢ የማይገቡ መሆኑን አስተዳደሩ በጥብቅ ያሳስባል፦ • ለወንድ ተማሪዎች፦ የራስ ፀጉራቸውን ሁልጊዜም እኩል የሆነ አጭር ቁርጥ (Clean Cut) መሆን አለበት። የተለየ ፋሽን ወይም ረጅም ፀጉር ማሳደግ የተከለከለ ነው። • ለሴት ተማሪዎች፦ የራስ ፀጉራቸውን ንጹህ አድርገው በተገቢው ሁኔታ ሹሩባ መሥራት ይኖርባቸዋል። ፀጉርን ሳይሰሩ መምጣት፣ ሰው ሰራሽ ፀጉር (ኤክስቴንሽን) መጠቀም ወይም የተለያዩ ደማቅ የፀጉር ማስያዣዎችን ማድረግ አይፈቀድም። • ጌጣጌጥ እና ሜካፕ፦ ማንኛውንም አይነት የፊት ሜካፕ፣ የጥፍር ቀለም፣ ጉትቻ፣ የአንገት ሀብል፣ ቀለበት ወይም የእጅ አንባር ማድረግ ሙሉ በሙሉ የተከለከለ ነው። • የደንብ ልብስ (ዩኒፎርም)፦ ተማሪዎች በየቀኑ ሙሉ፣ ንጹህ እና ያልተቀደደ የትምህርት ቤቱን ደንብ ልብስ መልበስ አለባቸው። ከደንብ ልብስ ውጪ የሆኑ ሲቪል ልብሶችን ደርቦ መምጣት አይቻልም። 3. የምግብ አቅርቦት እና የጤና ጥበቃ መመሪያዎች • የግል እቃዎች አቅርቦት፦ ተማሪዎች የዕለት ምሳቸውን በምሳ ዕቃ (Lunchbox) እና በቂ የውሃ ኮዳቸውን ይዘው መምጣት አለባቸው። • ስም መጻፍ፦ በማንኛውም መልኩ እንዳይጠፉ የተማሪው ሙሉ ስም እና ክፍል በምሳ ዕቃቸው፣ በውሃ ኮዳቸው ፣ በቦርሳቸው እና  በመጽሃፋቸው ላይ በግልጽ መጻፍ አለበት። • ምግብ አለመቀያየር (Strict No-Sharing)፦ ለተማሪዎች ጤና፣ ንጽህና እና ከአለርጂ ለመጠበቅ ሲባል ተማሪዎች እርስ በእርሳቸው ምግብ፣ መክሰስ፣ ወይምውሃ  መለዋወጥ እና መጋራት የተከለከለ ነው። • የተከለከሉ ምግቦች፦ በጣም የተቀነባበሩ ፓኬት ምግቦችን፣ ሰው ሰራሽ ማጣፈጫ የበዛባቸውን ጣፋጮች እና ጋዝ ያላቸውን ለስላሳ መጠጦች (ሶዳ) ይዞ መምጣት የተከለከለ ሲሆን፤ በቤት ውስጥ የተዘጋጁ ጤናማ ምግቦች ይመረጣሉ። 4. የመማርያ ደብተር ብዛት:- ከ1-2ኛ ክፍሎች ብዛት 7፣ ከ3-6ኛ ክፍሎች ብዛት 8፣ ከ7-8ኛ ክፍሎች ብዛት 11፤ መልካም የዝግጅት እና የአዲስ ዓመት በዓል እንዲሆንልን ከወዲሁ እንመኛለን!! የሳዌአ አስተዳደር

የ 3ኛ ክፍል የአማርኛ መጸሐፍ የመጣ ስለሆነ መግዛት ተችላላችሁ።

የቀን ማስተካከያ:- የመጽሐፍት ሽያጭ መጀመሪያ ቀን ወደ ሰኞ ነሐሴ 18፣ 2018 መቀየሩን ከይቅርታ ጋር እናስታውቃለን። ከመፅሐፍት ሽያጭ ክፍል

ለውድ ወላጆች የተማሪ መጸሐፍት የመጣ ስለሆነ ከአርብ ነሐሴ 15 ዓም ጀምሮ በላፍቶ ሀይስኩል የሚሸጥ መሆኑን እናሳውቃለን።

ጥብቅ ማሳሰቢያ ለወላጆች ህጋዊ አሳዳጊዎች:- ከሁሉ አስቀድመን የከበረ ሰላምታችንን እያቀረብን ለ2019 ዓ.ም. የትምህርት  ዘመን የተማሪዎች  ምዝገባ  ተጀምሯል። ምዝገባው የሚጠናቀቀው ሀምሌ 10 ቀን 2019 ነው። በመሆኑም  ምዝገባችሁን እንድትፈፅሙ እያሳሰብን ከተጠቀሠው የምዝገባ ጊዜ በኋላ  የሚመጣ ነባር ተመዝጋቢ በራሱ ፈቃድ ትምህርት ቤቱን እንደለቀቀ ተቆጥሮ ቦታው በሌላ ተመዝጋቢ እንደሚያዝ በአፅኖት እናሳስባለን። ከዚህ በተጨማሪ በተለያዩ  ምክኒያቶች በ2019 ዓም  የትምህርት ዘመን በትምህርት ቤቱ የማትቀጥሉ ተማሪዎች  እስከ ሐምሌ 10 ቀን 2019 ድረስ ባለው የጊዜ ገደብ ውስጥ ክሊራንስ አውጥታችሁ መሸኛችሁንና አስፈላጊውን ደክመት እንድትወስዱ በጥብቅ እናሳስባለን።

ውድ የሳዌአ ማህበረሰብ ለመጀመሪያ ግዜ ያስፈተናቸው የ6ኛ ክፍል ተማረዎች 100% አልፈዋል ።በዚህም የተሰማንን ደስታ ለመግለጽ እንወዳለን ። መምህራን፣ ወላጆች፣ እና ተማሪዎች እንኳን ደስ አላችሁ።

ማስታወሻ :- ውድ ወላጆች የተማሪዎች ውጤት ካርድ የሚሰጠው ከሰኞ ሰኔ 29 ቀን 2018 ጀምሮ መሆኑን እየገለጽን ካርድ ለመውሰድ ስትመጡ የሰኔ ወር የትምህርት አገልግሎት ክፍያ ደረሰኝ መያዝ እንዳለባችሁ ልንገልጽ እንወዳለን። በተጨማሪም የነባር ተማሪዎች ምዝገባ ረቡዕ ሐምሌ 1 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም የሚጀመር መሆኑን ልናስገነዝብ እንወዳለን። ሳዌአ አስተዳደር
