Mind is like water, when it’s turbulent it is difficult to see. Calm mind brings inner strength and self confidence. Your mind is a constant traffic of thoughts, and it is always rush hour, day in, day out. No dust can settle on a clear and a clever mind. Lesser the traffic of thoughts in your mind, easier the journey of life. The peace you seek is always there, it’s in between all the traffic in your mind, stop and rest for peace, for peace will find you if you let it. If you stuck in your mind's traffic, take a breath. Good Night ✨
