Band 7️⃣.5️⃣SAMPLE The provided pie charts compare individuals’ preferences in terms of commuting to a university to either work or study in 2004 and 2009. Overall, what stands out from the charts is that the percentage of people opting for Bus, Bicycle, Train and Walking saw a rise, while the reverse could be said about car users within both years. Of a particular note is that the most preferred mode of transportation was different in both periods, car in the former year and the Bus in the latter. It is also noteworthy that these changes came after the introduction of a new Bus stop in 2006 and the changes to the parking lots in 2008. Looking at 2004 first, it is evident that with 51%, Car was reported to have been utilized the most, followed by Bus, which was chosen by one-third of the total passengers. In stark contrast, riding a bicycle (9%), taking the train (3%) and walking (4%) were the least favorable options. After 5 years, it is apparent that trends changed noticeably, as Bus, having increased to 46%, overtook car as the most commonly used transport, whereas car, after falling to 28%, became the second most favorite one. Conversely, although the proportion of commuters by bicycle, train and those who used to go to the university on foot grew, they still were the least common methods, accounting for just over one-forth all together. #task1 #classworksample #writinghelp @teachershermuhammad8_5
