The only aspect that separates success from loss is the willingness to put in the work. There has been and will be no way that you are not going to succeed at something if you diligently toil to the accomplishment of the needed target. When I used to prepare to IELTS and SAT, I saw little to no one who came hours early and worked, there was very few who went to the library to study some extra time, to wear themselves slightly to sharpen their intellect. I remember coming nearly every day at 6 in the morning to practice speaking with my teacher and a pair of zealous groupmates. Everything paid off, reaped what I sow. The only types of people that I realized I am appalled by are people that constantly complain. "Why is this thing not working out, I did everything you told me. The teacher is stupid. I don't like the teacher. I dont like the group. Etc etc etc" Nothing is under your control than your own mind and spirit.

Sometimes, people tend to cross the subtle line between being critical and being pedantic. There is but a very fine difference between both. Do not cling onto every detail that a person states. Some things do not need any commentary, for they are too trifle and inconsequential to actually be offered an evaluation. A compliment does not need as much of a contemplation as of a simple expression of gratitude, while thee information you are sharing, your thoughts, ideas, and values do need you being critical. #thoughts
