"There should not be a public health exception [to] the First Amendment."
- Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, professor of health policy at Stanford University

“I think it's expanded the range of things that are allowed to be said in polite society…The purpose…was to essentially open the floodgates of these kinds of events taking place everywhere around the world." - Dr. Jay Bhattacharya
The recent Pandemic Planning conference at Stanford was really the first of its kind, bringing together a wide range of voices on the topic in an academic setting. And it was held under the auspices of the new Stanford President.
Are we beginning to see a return to more open inquiry in academia?

"TikTok is a weapon of the CCP designed to shape how Americans think, as well as steal a tremendous amount of personal data on individual Americans.
The idea [that it’s a] 'ban' is kind of ridiculous…the Chinese company that owns and controls TikTok just has to give up control, and then Tiktok would be allowed.
But the Chinese Communist Party does not want to give up control, particularly because if they did, then whatever American company bought it would have access to the inside of Tiktok, to the algorithm, and actually get to see what really was going on behind the scenes."

“People will say to me, ‘Surely we're not going to lock down again.’ But there is a new pandemic strategy that's come out of COVID. It's called the 100-day mission. And this is signed by the G7 and G20, and so supported by the scientific community in North America and Europe. And the idea is, next time we have a pandemic, we lock down for 100 days and we have a vaccine that's ready for mass immunization at 100 days. That's an incredible period of time to do safety studies. They're going to have to reevaluate the way that RCTs and safety signals are understood to do that. And then, something that's not stated explicitly is how do you get people to take that? Well, you're going to probably rely on the digital infrastructure that we saw with digital IDs and certificates. And so, I think that we have this - I call it a lockdown doctrine - that's been developed out of the pandemic, and it is our default position.” - Kevin Bardosh

"The whole popular culture approach and the whole media approach is to push toward greater expansion of assisted suicide euthanasia."
Chair of the Discovery Institute Center on Human Exceptionalism, Wesley J. Smith says westerners who are not terminally ill are increasingly requesting to be euthanized. He argues that through government expansion of medically-assisted suicide programs, countries such as Canada are establishing a business of authorized "private killing."

"When a country or a state legalizes assisted-suicide or euthanasia, it can no longer call itself anti-suicide, because it specifically approves some suicides.
And it's a very dangerous movement that is normalizing this kind of approach to dying."
In this episode, Wesley J. Smith dives into the expansion of euthanasia, also known as medically-assisted suicide, in Canada and beyond. He says the Western media, as well as popular culture, have contributed to its rise.

We are seeing a strange convergence of both China and the West towards a materialistic, technocratic approach to the world, argues N.S. Lyons.
"There's a number of ideas that emerged out of, let's say, the Enlightenment period…the idea that human beings can and should manage everything, control everything…this idea that you can not only engineer things, material things, but socially engineer things like a government.
…If you can engineer things to be improved to function the way you want them to, then the logical step is that if you did that well enough, if you had perfect knowledge & perfect engineering, you could create a perfect system, a utopian system."

“The ‘boy crisis’ is boys falling behind in more than 70 different measurable metrics. [Boys are] far more likely than girls to commit suicide…to be addicted to drugs, to die of drug overdoses, to be addicted to video games…to drop out of high school."
The greatest driver of the boy crisis is fatherlessness and the lack of good male role models, says Warren Farrell.
It’s been 6 years since he and John Gray co-authored their groundbreaking book, “The Boy Crisis.” I recently sat down with Farrell to get an update on where things stand now. It doesn't look good.

In an online hub facilitating Chinese migrants illegally entering the US, key figures promote prostitution and sex trafficking. One prominent user encourages others to join the trafficking "snakehead" business. He claims his uncle made $900,000 from trafficking 15 people.
In this episode, Daily Caller investigative reporter Philip Lenczycki breaks down his investigations into the large online network. It was run by a self-identified Chinese "cyber police" agent.

"This channel facilitates Chinese illegal immigration by serving as a hub for documents that detail travel guides and routes into the United States. It identifies specific border wall crossing points and also has what we might call scripts detailing how to interact with Border Patrol agents."

Kip Tom, former U.S. ambassador to the U.N. agencies for food and agriculture:
"We'd be in FAO conferences, and we would hear these taglines of win-win & hand-in-hand, and it was usually the setup to where they wanted to use our money, our expertise, our intellectual property, to try to improve food security in places that would benefit China—and China solely—not an African nation, not the US, not anybody else.
…So anything that we would do with FAO, anything we would do in Africa, we have to realize how much of this is actually benefiting China and not the nation that we're going in and intending to help."

“I had a psychology professor that told me rats weren't social creatures because they lived in cages - in an Intro to Psych course. And I remember turning to the person next to me saying, 'he just said that?'...I'm not traveling 40 minutes to the Psychology Department to learn that rats are solitary creatures because they live in cages."

"Someone is making a decision about how people should think, what they should think, how they should feel, how they should behave in the world, & without consulting them."
Nudge technology has evolved to "psychological bioterrorism," says Dr. Robert Malone, co-author of "PsyWar."
"[Psychological bioterrorism is] propagated through the media. It's propagated through the internet in a global fashion, in a harmonized way, with almost no cost. It’s amazingly effective.”

"We used to have salons, we used to read books, we used to discuss things with each other, and now we just kind-of sit by the sidelines & shoot spitballs. This is what the great promise of social media seems to have come down to is various levels and stages of trollery."
In this episode, Dr. Robert Malone breaks down the methods that powerful forces use to propagandize and shape behavior. He is the co-author of “PsyWar” with Dr. Jill Malone.

Only 12% of Americans are metabolically healthy. “All of our food comes from these industrial systems [that have] been sterilized, and we’re not replenishing our microbiology,” says regenerative farmer Mollie Engelhart.
Unlike conventional approaches that degrade the soil, regenerative farming improves soil health & increases biodiversity. It can involve a variety of methods, such as holistic planned grazing.
"I'm a vegetarian. I never thought I'd be preaching the benefits of grass-fed, grass-finished beef…[But] when you displace an ecosystem & only grow one thing at a time, things are going to die. And when you let cows graze on grass & move, things get to live & flourish—and more life comes out of that."

Do China’s economic woes spell trouble for the Chinese regime?
"What you see is [wealthy] people trying to get out of China…trying to move their money overseas in underground ways, trying to bring their kids, their families, out of China, buying up real estate in the US and Australia and Canada.
…And then there have also been reports of people having their passports confiscated…When you see that kind of increased control, you can see that the Chinese Communist Party is worried."

"The US has its problems, but the US and the Chinese Communist Party are not equivalent evils. That's something a lot of people believe…[But] the US does not use rape as a form of torture. We are not harvesting the organs of prisoners of conscience."
The United States needs to counter the Chinese regime’s narrative warfare, says China Uncensored creators Chris Chappell and Shelley Zhang.

“From the beginning [of COVID] until September 2021, governments around the world spent $17 trillion to respond to COVID, but only 8% of that went to the health sector. So, you have a health crisis - a pandemic of a century, and only 8% of your funding is actually going to the area of government that's dealing with health. This gets back to the response itself. What were governments doing? They were trying to deal with the economic fallout of their policies. And I think there really needs to be a lot of work thinking about how the healthcare system can respond better to these inevitable surges in respiratory viruses.” - Dr. Kevin Bardosh

"All educational gains since 2000 around the world were wiped out with the school closures...
...Public health has always had this tension between the authoritarian positions, and then the more classical liberal, civil society, philosophy…
…We're interested in using the COVID years and the lessons to reform the way that public health thinks about itself and the way that it acts in the world. So, we have a big job ahead of us."
