Examiner:
Please tell me about your favourite part of the city?
Candidate 1:
Well, I prefer the city center. Because there is a big park there. There are many cafes and bars and there is also a playground.
❗️Feedback:
Here, candidate is overusing there is/are to describe a place. So, here is the 2nd candidate's answer to avoid using this structute a lot.
Candidate 2:
I love the city center because of the gorgeous park located there. It is filled with cafes, bars and an enormous playground has been built there.

Lesson 📝
CAN
🔰 We use can (do) to say that something is possible or that someone has the ability to do something. The negative is can’t (cannot).
—————————————
🔰 Biz “can”ni biror narsa qilish imkoni bo’lganda yoki biror shaxs o’sha ishni qilishga qobiliyati bo’lganda ishlatamiz. “Can”ning inkor shakli “can’t/cannot”.
Misollar 📋 Examples:
• You can see 👀the sea 🌊 from our bedroom window.
• Yotoqxonamizning derazasidan dengizni ko’ra olasan.
• Can you speak any foreign languages?
• Birorta chet tilida gapira olasizmi?
🔰 Be able to is possible instead of can, but can is more usual.
—————————————
🔰 “Be able to”ni “can”ning o’rniga ishlatishingiz mumkin, lekin can ko’proq ishlatiladi.
Masalan 📋 For example:
• Are you able to speak any foreign language?
• Birorta chet tilida gapira olasizmi?
❗️But can has only two forms: can (present) and could (past). So sometimes you have to use be able to.
—————————————
❗️Lekin “can”ning faqatgina o’tgan va hozirgi zamondagi ikki shakli bor. Shuning uchun ba’zan faqat “be able to”ni ishlatishga majbursiz.
Masalan 📋 For example:
• I haven’t been able to sleep recently. (can has no present perfect🚫)
• Yaqindagina uxlay olmadim.
