NEW YORK - State Sen. Simcha Felder thanked the city’s Department of Transportation this morning for correcting a pair of confusing parking sign that led motorists to think they may park at a certain spot only to be ticketed because of the other sign. Felder issued a public call for the city to change the signage last week after a constituent told him about a Street Cleaning sign on 63rd Street between 15th and 16th avenues that says, “No Parking Wednesday, 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM,” with an arrow below pointing in both directions. NEW YORK - Mayor Bill de Blasio signed an executive order today requiring every New York City government agency to help residents enroll on a health insurance plan. The order, which is effective immediately, will provide information to every New Yorker who interacts with the city on affordable health insurance.
