Joy Overflowing: The Lions of Uganda Have Moved Into Their New Home! My heart is completely full as I write this. Watching the videos of the children from the Lions of Uganda officially moving into their brand-new home has been nothing short of breathtaking. Seeing them carry their new mattresses into the building, watching the pure, uninhibited celebration as they danced in front of their new sign, and witnessing the whole community gather alongside local officials who came to give speeches of hope brought tears to my eyes. This beautiful milestone is the direct result of your love and support. To see the tangible impact of our collective care wrapped in the smiles and laughter of these children is a gift I will never forget. While we are celebrating this massive victory, our arms are still wide open to fully wrap these children in the comfort they deserve. To help them truly settle into their new space, we want to make sure every single child is outfitted with new clothing, individual beds, mattresses for everyone, and their essential basic needs. Birth of the Guild of Compassion This journey has deepened something profound within Jenna and me. We are starting a charity called the Guild of Compassion to build a permanent bridge of love and support to these beautiful souls. Through the Guild, we are partnering not only with the Lions of Uganda, but also with the Hands of Hope Children’s Academy, another incredible orphanage in Uganda. Our vision goes beyond temporary relief. We want to walk with these communities toward true sustainability, empowering them with the tools and resources to support themselves and thrive independently.
