AB1955 will have a huge fiscal impact on California but the Senate Appropriations passed it to the senate floor. This bill is a gut and amend, passing assembly as a completely different bill, now that it has passed Senate Appropriations it heads back to the Assembly hopefully to multiple committees. Help red flag the bill and contact your Assembly member to oppose. Find them at FindYourRep.Legislature.Ca.Gov. They moved this so fast it gave us zero time to lobby.
