Forgive anyone who has caused you pain or harm .keep in mind that forgiving is not for others .its for you .fogiving is not forgetting .it is remembering with out anger . It frees up your power ,heals your body,mind and sprit. Forgiveness open up a pathway to new places of peace where you persist despite what has happend to you.

Walk away
Being strong is't always how much you can take ,tolerate accept or handel.some times being strong is having a power and ability to walk away from a certain stiuation.please understand that being strong isn't showing how long you can hold onto that broken relationship or "dead end" job fo either. It isn't a sign weekness nor is faliure to walk way. it is often the ulitimate strength.
It requires embracing the unkown and being vulnerable.Have the courage to make those tough decisions long before you need to. Know when enough is enough,don' need it to happen a few more time to make sure that it is .

Don't Let Feelings Rule
We are always going to have feelings and denying the existance of them is not Godly.We do have learn how manage them, so they dont manage us.
If we live by our feeling ,we will be destroyed because our feeling aren't always in line with God's truth.we are to walk by faith in his promises and not by sight or how things appear or the way we feel (see 2chrointhans5:7)
