Z Trackers - No images in video packs? Can only speak for ExoticaZ but I assume it would be the same for sister sites, it is their rules and I am not arguing them, but why are images disallowed in video packs? Viewing all screens/thumbs (or a selection of) for each file in a large video pack via the torrent page in web browser is an absolute chore. Puts me off large packs there unless I already know exactly what my ratio is going on. Is it to reduce the amount of < 10% torrent partial downloads thus avoiding HnR at any given time? Whats another few hundred mb on a torrent when the pack is already 50gb? The handful of threads in their forums asking this question seem to go conspicuously unanswered. Do people leave their PC on 24/7 You have to seed for minimum 72 hours which is 3 days. I barely use my pc but do people just leave theirs running 24/7 or something. What kind of tracker would you make? I don't really see discussions like this so I thought I'd give it a shot and see what we get. Assume that you had good opsec, a decent budget for hosting costs, and personal dev ability wasn't a barrier. If you made your own tracker in the current environment what kind of tracker would it be? Here are a couple of questions to get the conversation started. Don't feel like you have to answer them all, or alternatively, be limited by them. What kind of content would it focus on? Would it be Gazelle, UNIT3D, or something different altogether? Which trackers past or present would inspire you? Ratio or ratioless? Hnr? Would it use a shoutbox? How exclusive or open would you want it to be? What would set it apart, if anything, from ones that currently exist? What kind of community would encourage? How much to download I apologize if this is a stupid question but for MAM, should a new user just download and seed as much as possible to build a better ratio or does the number not matter as long as you seed. Changing IP, how not to get banned? Due to a fiber cut, I’m temporarily on a dedicated but dynamic IP. It’s changing roughly once a day. I’m reluctant to start my seeding again, what are common rules around this? I can get a vpn up for my seeding, but know most trackers don’t allow browsing over VPN, what about my arr/autobrr? Need help - Music Library Hello tracker community! First of all, I want to thank you all for being an amazing community - I have met the loveliest people here who go out of their way to share their knowledge and experience! Second, I never thought I have a niche taste in music but apparently I do as trackers I’m a part of don’t have any of the artists I’m looking for. I’m not looking for anything crazy, pretty known artists and albums like Yusseff Kamaal, Azizah Mustafa Zadeh and Saba. None of them are available on trackers I’m a part of.
