So here was the theory, they went for the lows first, and then took out the high, that was a MSS, so if they loaded up buy orders below that zone, it would make sense if they refuse to go to that low and but pulled backed into OTE+OB to load up more orders and start back up

This is one for your notepads boys and girls. Weekly draw was above the market (look at daily). If market makers leave in a double top or double bottom intraweek and Thursday doesn't take it out, they'll do it on Friday and Friday will be the high of the week. Bullish OB + Institutional Level (1250) + Back to Equilibrium for the week (50% Fib). It wasn't going down to sweep those stops because they had already capitalised at a discount PD array. Hope this helps people.
