overcome it

Be prepared
More prepared , less stressed
a day before , imagine everything that will happen (literally everything) . if this is for performance , bring more your main thing . in case something happened for example your cloth torn , you have a back up so you will be less stressed on that time .
Breath
when your body dont get enough O² , you will start nervous/panic and can lead to stage panic where you'll stiffened on the stage . nervous and panicking consume your energy . so , when you realize your breathing technique not right , take a sec to make it right . [ Take a deep breath , hold a sec , exhale slowly ] and be a nose breather .
Follow the flow
dont think something negative like "is it right for me to do this?" or "what do i have to do next?" or maybe "what will happen if i do it wrong?" and etc . just follow what you have je practice before . focus on your presentation/show . dont overthinking so that you wont panic .
The audience on your side
they don't know your mistake like you skip the script or step . your performance/presentation is a knew thing for them so they had no idea what's going on . they just want to enjoy the show/presentation .
Don't read notes while you presenting
you know when you present something , obviously you'll make an eye contact with the audience . but when u stop making eye contact with them , the momentum down . the second you cut off eye contact with them , they'll turn off with your presentation .
dont memories the whole script
you can read the script before your presentation start but don't memories it from A to Z (just remember important contents) .
If you depends on your script , you'll be more stressed + nervous . for example(s) u forgot thing(s) from the script (even tho it's not important) you'll start panicking because you forgot about it . then , you will search for the point that you just speak . then your presentation will 📉
