11 SCOTUS just destroyed the fourth branch of government, the administrative deep state, and restored power to our constitutional freedoms!
The Supreme Court recently ruled on a case called the Chevron case and if you don't know what that is, I'm going to tell you because it's exciting.
So all of these agencies that we have in our system from the EPA FDA CIA FBI, Department of Motor Vehicles, Department of Education, you name it.
All of these agencies, when they were created, created their own laws and rules for each agency: what you can and cannot do, for example.
The DMV, the Department of Motor Vehicles, made their laws that one had to have insurance registration to operate a vehicle.
What caused the Chevron case is that they simply ruled that all of these laws for all of these agencies that created them are all unconstitutional.
They created laws that were not approved by elected officials, which is unconstitutional.
That's incredibly huge! You like me should be celebrating in the streets because this is like the beginning.
Trump said that in his last speech.
He said we are in a five-month transition period and it has already started.
SCOTUS heeft zojuist de vierde tak van de regering, de administratieve diepe staat, vernietigd en de macht in onze constitutionele vrijheden hersteld!
Het Hooggerechtshof heeft onlangs uitspraak gedaan in een zaak die de Chevron-zaak heet en als je niet weet wat dat is, ga ik het je vertellen omdat het spannend is.
Dus al deze instanties die we in ons systeem hebben, van de EPA FDA CIA FBI, Department of Motor Vehicles, Department of Education, noem maar op.
Toen al deze agentschappen werden opgericht, creëerden ze voor elke instantie hun eigen wetten en regels: wat je wel en niet kunt doen, bijvoorbeeld.
De DMV, het Department of Motor Vehicles, maakte wetten dat men een verzekeringsregistratie moest hebben om een voertuig te mogen besturen.
Wat de Chevron-zaak veroorzaakte, is dat ze eenvoudigweg oordeelden dat al deze wetten voor al deze instanties die ze in het leven hebben geroepen, allemaal ongrondwettelijk zijn.
Ze hebben wetten gemaakt die niet zijn goedgekeurd door gekozen functionarissen, wat ongrondwettelijk is.
Dat is ongelooflijk groot! Jij zou net als ik feest moeten vieren op straat, want dit is nog maar het begin.
Trump zei dat in zijn laatste toespraak.
