Anyone can be right or wrong in trading. Especially as now that a sector is not controlled by some small number of external factors anymore. Too many underlying structures affect a trade beyond anyone's notice span. What matters is that you know to position yourself in such a way that when you are wrong, your trade should exit the moment it hits a price from where its confirmed beyond a reasonable doubt that there's no coming back. Same goes for when you place a right trade. Your risks should be placed in such positions that you know are beyond a reasonable doubt will no longer be in your favor. People would say some of my trades are lucky and I highlight lucky trades all the time. Yes, a trade can be lucky, but the risk placement can't. Any trade can go in either direction, for you or against you, but you need to know what factors can you control once you are in the trade. You can't control luck once you are in the trade. You can only control your loss and profit exit points. BTC bounced off from 79800, our SL was at 79700. I don't say that I couldn't have been wrong with the trade direction. But, what I know with my decade of experience in the market, is up until when to hold a position. Do not think that 79700 provided over 10 days ago was pulled out of luck for me to set it as a SL, esp. in a market where over multiple billion dollar institutional long calls got liquidated in the last 2 days. This skill is the only reason you should follow @AltChica, not for lucky trades and overnight riches.

All the bears should be careful now. Remember 101 of trading? Buy the rumor and sell the news? The rumor has always been that Clarity act will not pass. The rumor is done, it has now become the news. The selling of news here would be reversed as we were already predicting a negative news so everyone's going to be shorting on this news, and thats where the news will get sold (bought). Clarity act not passing is probably the worst catalyst left for crypto this year. Meaning there's no more bad news left to dump for crypto in the market. So short with caution if you must, as there's no long term forward looking bearish catalyst left remaining to help you if you get stuck in a drawdown by shorting.

Just fyi, Senators are not voting to finally pass the bill into law on this date, but rather to open the floor for formal consideration and amendments. This vote is just to test the water as it requires 60 votes to pass, meaning it needs support from all voting Republicans plus at least seven Democrats. Trump doesn't have sure shot decisions with any seven Democrats.
