We started this business with just two of us in our bedroom filling carts by hand and now we have a full on production team and teams in other countries. We couldn’t have ever imagined Tiny would be going this strong and this is all because of YOU, our loyal customer and die hard fans. You love us because of the quality of and the amount of love we put into each and every product. My partner and I are constantly out there sourcing the best raw materials the ensure you have the best experience at the same time we’re trying to answer messages, take in and ship out orders. Unfortunately, we are growing and much faster than we can keep up and messages get lost in the sauce. This is no excuse for the lack of communication but we just want to take the time out to explain what is happening. It’s not because we don’t care, we absolutely care. We are always trying to adapt and streamline the business and with your feedback communication is where we are focusing our efforts next.
