Open Position: Sr. Executive/AM- R &D Qualification: • Qualification – Degree in Food Technology/ Food Science from a reputed institute.  • Should have a minimum experience of 3-4 years in R&D in Food industry preferably in sauces & emulsions. • Must understand industrial food, culinary trends, recipe creation, and product application. • Must be familiar with industrial mass production methods, scaling-up capability and limitations • Strong alignment to Values & ethical principles • Should have good communication and interpersonal skills • Must have people and team working skills   Job Description: The R&D executive will be responsible for: • Developing innovative products meeting the need of customers, in line with the consumer briefing  • Develop formulation that suit consumer product preferences. Key accountability is the formulation that suits regulatory/ cost implication. It should be quality and safety compliant as well. • Identification and arrangement of ingredients required for NPD • Develop process parameters for NPD • Arranging samples to carryout testing of new products for required parameters • Meet time schedule for completion of product development activities • Ensure compliance to company policies and regulatory requirements for NPD’s by working with regulatory team. • Prepare product briefing documents, formulations, production processes, shelf life study and various other documents as per requirement. • Extend support to other functions like regulatory, marketing, quality, production, supply chain as per required. • Should be able to fulfill the any other R & D responsibility assigned by the company  Salary: 35K to 45k In hand Location: Gurgaon Industry: Food Industry Interested Candidates may send their cv at vrb.careers@veeba.in
