[OAS: SCHEDULE OF ONSITE MANUAL RENEWAL AND PROCESSING OF SCHOLARSHIPS/ GRANTS FOR TERM 3, AT 2023-24] We are pleased to inform the academic community that the scholarship renewal of undergraduate and graduate scholarship grantees will be conducted onsite at the Enrollment Services Hub (ESH) Lobby, 2nd floor, Henry Sy Sr. Hall, from May 17  to 23, 2024 (Friday - Thursday). Scholars who will process their scholarship onsite are expected to have confirmed their enrollment during the Mandatory Confirmation of Enrollment period (see HDA dated April 22, 2024 with Subject: Enrollment Schedules and Procedures for Term 3 AY 2023-24.) [OUR: REINSTATEMENT REQUEST FOR TERM 3, AY 2023-2024] ATTENTION: ALL STUDENTS (UG, GS) Students whose unofficial enrollment for Term 3 AY 23-24 (UG/GS) was automatically dropped by the system should request for reinstatement of enrolled courses from 13 May until 18 May 2024, Saturday (20:00) only. For students who have not made the first payment (including scholars) before the date of auto-dropping (12 May 2024), an amount of Php 2,000 as a reinstatement fee must be paid prior submission of a request for reinstatement. [OAS: SCHEDULE OF PROCESSING AND AUTORENEWAL OF SCHOLARSHIPS AND GRANTS FOR TERM 3, AY 2023-24] We are pleased to inform the academic community that the scholarship coverage of current grantees will be automatically renewed for Term 3, AY 2023-24, provided that all conditions for scholarship retention were met and scholars were able to participate in the online enrollment as well as confirm their enrollment during the Mandatory Confirmation of Enrollment.
