NOTE: The Federal spending bill that passed last month, allocated over $708 million to deal with “emerging zoonotic infectious diseases” and another $315 million specifically dedicated to “influenza pandemic measures”. Bird Flu is a “zoonotic infection”.
“Pandemic measures” include vaccine development.
There are already reports of bird flu cases in Ohio herds AND a bird flu mRNA vaccine is already in development!! As soon as it is ready, the Feds will be able to track where there are outbreaks in Ohio and force farmers to vaccinate their cattle with yet another experimental vaccine or force them to slaughter any animals exposed to illness. (Additionally, there is likely to be a push for mandatory vaccination of dairy workers and herd farmers as suggested in an NPR article TODAY! “ In the short term, Nuzzo thinks the country should start vaccinating dairy workers as soon as possible.”)
The newly mandated electronic tags allow the federal government to track our herds, and force vaccinate or slaughter them, at THEIR discretion. Ohio farmers will have ZERO control over what happens to THEIR HERDS. They are at the mercy of meeting all federal requirements in order to process their meat with a federal meat processing company.
It’s time to make OHIO a SOVEREIGN FOOD STATE! In order to remove ourselves from the federal system of control, we need our OWN meat PROCESSING FACILITIES. It’s time to protect Ohio’s food and our farmers!

Despite being proven wrong multiple times and despite two of the most STAUNCHLY pro-life organizations in the state (CLE RTL, & RTL Action Coalition) SUPPORTING and TESTIFYING FOR HB 73, the chairman continues on his mission to use the now constitutionally protected killing of the UNBORN as a reason to help his friends in the Ohio Hospital and Pharmacist lobby to allow hospitals to kill MORE of the BORN with hospital sanctioned protocols in the next pandemic.

In light of the WHO voting later this month on amendments to the International Health Regulations that would greatly expand their authority during pandemics, we added a provision to Sub HB 73 when we amended it for the Senate. Section (E) will now provide a layer of protection for Ohio’s sovereignty against the global influence of the WHO.
