There was a technical issue with our email sending system yesterday. As a result, some of you may have received an email about tokenized Nvidia shares.
I want to clarify that the tokenized Nvidia shares will be launched next week.
• Backed is our tokenization partner, and they will issue the token.
• The tokenized Nvidia will be available to non-U.S. residents, as the token will be issued through EU license.

As you may know, when an INX user opens an account with INX Securities (our digital security ATS platform), on INX.One, to trade and invest in digital securities, all cash balances reflected in a User’s trading wallet on platform are held by Synapse Brokerage, LLC (“SBC”) in conjunction with their banking partners such as Evolve & Trust.
As a result of a recent chain of events between Synapse and Evolve, and the subsequent Synapse bankruptcy filing, the Synapse/Evolve connection has affected INX Securities.
To protect and secure our customers’ funds and to maintain the functionality of the platform, we will be moving customers’ USD account balances from their account at Synapse Brokerage to a customer omnibus account, solely for the benefit of INX Securities customers. The balance will still be reflected in the customer’s account on INX.One as it is today and will be accessible for trading.
New deposits are also possible through a dedicated omnibus bank account we have set up for the benefit of INX Securities customers.
Maintaining market integrity and investor protection are always the heart of our mission. We will update you with any new information as it becomes available.
INX is taking these unprecedented steps to ensure business continuity, and to give you access to your existing funds that may otherwise be unavailable indefinitely.

Dear INXers,
As a result of a recent chain of events between Synapse and Evolve, our banking partners for INX Securities (our digital security ATS), and the subsequent Synapse bankruptcy filing, the Synapse/Evolve connection has recently affected the trading operations on INX Securities.
In order to ensure continued activity on the platform, we will be bringing our system down for maintenance effective immediately, so that we can securely shift the system over to our contingency plan, allowing for continued operations. As part of this maintenance, all open orders will be canceled. The system is expected to be up and running by Monday May 20th 23:59 EDT.
The above maintenance is platform-wide and includes INX Digital cryptocurrency trading too.
