ماهى حالات الالتهابات التى تحتاج مضادات ؟ ومتى يمكن استخدامها؟ وكم الجرعات لكل حالة منها ؟ - فى حالة الاصابة بالتهاب الفم ال Primary Herpetic Gingivostomatits يوصف ال systemic aciclovir بمقدار 100-200 ب5 مرات باليوم لمدة 5 ايام - فى حلات الالتهاب الفطري تحت الاطقم المتحركة ال Denture Stomatitis : يوصف ال Nystatin بمقدار 4مرات يوميا او miconazole الموضعي على شكل gel بمقدار 5-10 مل 4مرات يوميا لمدة 7 ايام او اكثر على حسب الحالة او يوصف Flucanzole بمقدار 50 مغ مرة واحدة يوميا لمدة 7 ايام او اكثر -فى حالة التهاب ال pericoronitis : يوصف ال Metronidazol tablet 200 بمقدار 5 مرات يوميا لمدة 5 ايام او 7 ايام يمكن استعمال ال Metronidazole ب مقدار 200 الى 400 ثلاث مرات يوميا لمدة 5 الى 7 ايام -فى حالة التهاب الفم ال Oral ulcer : يوصف الTetracycline mouth wash ب 4 مرات يوميا لمدة 5 ايام فى الغالب السبب بكتيري - فى حالة التهاب الانسجة الداعمة الNecrotizing Uleceratuve Gingivitis : يوصف ال Amoxicillin بمقدار 250 ثلاث مرات يوميا لمدة 7 ايام الى 10 ايام والميترونيدازول Metronidazole بمقدار 200 ثلاث مرات يوميا لمدة 7 الى 10 ايام -فى حالة الالتهاب الفطري ال Angular Cheilitis : يوصف ال miconazole الموضعي على شكل gel بعيار 5-10 مل 4 مرات يوميا لمدة 7 ايام او اكثر على حسب الحالة او يوصف ال Nystatin بمقدار 4 مرات يوميا او ال Flucanzole بمقدار 50 مل لمرة واحدة يوميا لمدة 7 ايام او اكثر و عندما يكون العامل المسبب Staphylococcus : يتم وصف Fusidic acid بشكل موضعي topical على منطقة ال commisure -فى حالة التهاب الSinusitis : يوصف الEphdrine nasal drops 5% ب مقدار 10 -فى حالة الخراج الحادة : الAcute Periapical or Periodontal abscess : يوصف ال Amoxicillin 250-500 ثلاث مرات يوميا لمدة 5 الى 7 ايام في حالة التحسس من الدواء يوصف ال Erythromycin 250-500 لمدة 5 الى 7 ايام يمكن استعمال ال Metronidazole بمقدار 200 الى 400 ثلاث مرات يوميا لمدة 5 الى 7 ايام - فى حالة الRecurrent Herpes Labialis : يتم وصف ال Topical Aciclovir بنسبة 5% 5 مرات يوميا او يوصف Penciclovir عل شكل مرهم cream 1% يوضع على المكان كل ساعتين خلال اليوم لمدة 4 ايام.
