"اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ أَوَّلَ هذَا النَّهَارَ صَلاحًا" أَيْ أَمْرًا حَسَنًا لِي، "وَأَوْسَطَهُ نَجَاحًا" فِي وَسَطِهِ تُقْضَى لِي حَاجَتِي، وَيَكُونُ وَسَطُهُ تُقْضَى لِي فِيهِ حَاجَتِي، "وَءَاخِرَهُ فَلاحًا" وَاجْعَلْ ءَاخِرَه فَوْزًا بالمُرَادِ. The meaning is: [O Allah make the beginning of this day SalaaH" i.e. a good this for me.
