This genuine lack of empathy towards your own parents is insanely crazy

Like lowkey lowkey this is genuinely some pure evil type shi bro, especially considering that most societies place child raising on the mothers shoulders, forcing the mother to sacrifice parts of her personality, parts of her life, just so she can take care of her child. The video itself confesses this, because despite the fact that the daughter and father are sitting at the table, making fun of the mother, the mother is still cooking their food, still holding the knife to chop up the onions, instead of defending herself and rightfully getting upset

Theres this poem I read a while ago, about how the daughter and father exchange looks and agree that her mother is not as bright as them, but despite this acknowledgment, the daughter is still not saved from the mothers fate I can never everrrr understand just how someone can look at their mother, look at the hard work that their mother has invested in them, and just giggle at it, joining in with their dad to make fun of her.

This isn't just with religious figures, you find this crazy thing happening even in medicine, people who lowk have no game begin to pour everything they have into studying, when they become doctors they feel like they can take out whatever frustration they have on nurses/residency students

Mostly because they begin to feel as if they contribute something, therefore they should get something in return, which is why they begin to target vulnerable people in their community
