“O shop owner,

Al-Omaree ((حفظه الله))
“How can you allow your wife to enter or even you yourself enter such evil places?
And perhaps the merchant deliberately places indecent images.
I seek refuge with Allaah.
O people, we are Muslims.
We are Muslims.
We have values, manners, religion, and creed.
This is Haram[ forbidden].
This is Haram [forbidden].
O shop owner, who permitted you to place, on the advertising sign above your shop entrance, the image of a naked woman?
Naked.
This is Haram[ forbidden] and this evil is widespread.
One sees in some shops extremely vile images.”

We Have Seen Women Removing the Hijab
🎙️Ash-Shaykh Abee
Hudayfah Abdul-Ghani
Al-Omaree ((حفظه الله))
“We have seen women removing the hijab and going out with their faces uncovered, without hijab.
And some girls wear pants and go out into the streets.
As though we have not been raised upon the religion of Allaah, Blessed and Exalted.
And the problem is that the media opens the door for them.
O media outlets…
O media people…
You are responsible before Allaah, the Mighty and Majestic, for our daughters and our women.
You may consume wealth in this world but will you consume it on the Day of Resurrection?
You may enjoy yourselves in this world
But will you enjoy yourselves in your graves?
Will you enjoy yourselves on the Day you meet Allaah, the Mighty and Majestic?
While you are a cause of the temptation of women we seek refuge with Allaah encouraging them, emboldening them, and becoming helpers to the enemies of Allaah and to the callers to immorality and deviation,
instead of restraining the woman, disciplining her when she rebels and when she goes out, and teaching her.
Sadly, she is encouraged through the media.
If these words of mine were clipped from this khutbah and spread through social media, you would see a society criticizing me, as though I am falsehood and they are the truth, as though I am innovation and they are the Sunnah.
As though what I am saying came from myself and not from the Speech of Allah nor from the speech of the Messenger.
This one would say: ‘Look at this extremist.’
And another would say: ‘Look at this rigid fanatic.’
And another would say: ‘Look at this Wahhabi.’
‘This Wahhabi.’
And another would say: ‘Look at this backward and regressive person.’
We are living in the twentieth century…”

Qualities to Look for in a Righteous Spouse.
🎙Our Shaykh, Yahya ibn Ali Al-Hajooree ((حفظه الله,)) mentioned in today’s Khutbah the statement of the Prophet ((ﷺ))
“A person is upon the religion of his close companion, so let one of you carefully consider whom he takes as a close friend.”
Narrated by Abu Hurairah Reported in Riyad as-Salihin.
The Shaykh explained that this principle also applies to a woman when choosing a husband.
She should carefully choose a man of sound religion and noble character, as is mentioned in the Hadith:
“When there comes to you one whose religion and character you are pleased with, then marry your daughter to him.”
Meaning: ⤵️
a person should be sought who possesses upright Deen, good manners, correct ‘Aqeedah, and adherence to the Sunnah.
These are from the greatest qualities to look for in a righteous spouse.

Pills To Delay Menstruation
Question:⬇️
He asks about women who use pills to delay menstruation?
Answer:⬇️
Ash-Shaykh Abee
Muhammad Abdul-Hameed
Al-Zoukory ((حفظه الله))
We say: ⬇️
what we give fatwā with and what we advise is that women should not use these pills.
Why? Because these pills cause disturbances, cause bleeding, and cause illnesses.
However, if she used them and performed her Ḥajj, then her Ḥajj is valid and there is no problem upon her.
The Ḥajj is valid, inshā’Allāh.
Up to here, and all praise is due to Allaah.

The foundation is that marriage is among the great objectives of the Islamic legislation.
The Shariah has strongly encouraged it and commanded taking the permissible means that lead to it, while maintaining chastity, modesty, and the legislated Islamic guidelines.
There is no harm upon a woman in seeking marriage through permissible means. Indeed, a woman offered herself in marriage to the Prophet ((ﷺ,)) and a guardian may present the woman under his care to a righteous man, just as ‘Umar ibn Al-Khattab رضي الله عنه offered his daughter Hafsah{ رضي الله عنها} to ‘Uthman and then to Abu Bakr {رضي الله عنهما}
Accordingly, if there exist organized and safe means founded upon honesty and trustworthiness, supervised by people of knowledge or those known for their religion and integrity, while the guardian remains present and involved, and there is no unlawful seclusion, prohibited correspondence, or negligence regarding the Islamic regulations, then there does not appear to be any prohibition in benefiting from such means.
This is because they fall under the category of permissible means, and means take the rulings of their intended objectives.
However, important matters must be observed, including:
That the guardian should remain present and actively involved throughout all stages of acquaintance and engagement, and that matters are not conducted independently of him.
That communication should be restricted to what is necessary and only to the extent that fulfills the intended purpose, while avoiding excessive private conversation or emotional attachment prior to the marriage contract.
That the information presented should be truthful, while preserving the privacy of all parties and refraining from sharing photographs or personal details that may lead to harm.
That those supervising these groups or channels should be people of trustworthiness and religiosity, and that they prevent anything that opposes the Shariah.
That the true objective should be facilitating marriage for the Muslims, not pursuing financial gain, attention, or fame.
As for groups in which negligence becomes widespread, private conversations increase, unlawful intermingling occurs, people’s emotions are manipulated, or the guardian is absent, then such means are not permissible due to the corruption and harms to which they lead.
My advice to the sisters in Western lands is to increase in supplication, to maintain good expectations of Allaah, and to ensure that their guardians are informed of their desire for marriage.
They should also seek assistance through Islamic centers, imams, trustworthy students of knowledge, and righteous families, for these are among the most beneficial means and the furthest from places of suspicion and doubt.
Likewise, I advise the guardians to fear Allaah concerning the women under their care, to strive in helping them preserve their chastity, and not to neglect this important matter. Indeed, the guardian has been entrusted with a responsibility, and among the greatest acts of righteousness and kindness is to strive to marry the woman under one’s care to a righteous and suitable man when she desires that.
And we ask Allaah to facilitate righteous spouses for the Muslim men and women, to preserve the chastity of the Muslim youth male and female and to place blessing in their religion and worldly affairs.
And may Allaah send peace and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and all of his companions.

Advice Regarding Islamic Marriage Programs and Seeking Marriage Through Permissible Means
[A sister asks]
“There are many sisters in Western countries seeking marriage, yet many of our guardians are not actively involved in assisting or searching on our behalf in this matter. So what are the permissible means that sisters may take in seeking marriage while preserving the Islamic etiquettes and legislated guidelines?
For example: would it be permissible to establish marriage groups or channels supervised by students of knowledge, while ensuring that the guardian remains present and involved, and while maintaining the proper Islamic etiquettes and boundaries?
For indeed, many sisters fear missing suitable marriage opportunities due to the lack of available means and weak support in this matter. So can taking such means be considered from the باب of adopting permissible means and causes?
And what is your advice to the sisters regarding this matter?”
The Answer]

O husbands, cherish your wives and honor them well.
By Allaah, after Allaah {سبحانه وتعالى} no one will remain by your side as a true support in times of hardship and loneliness except your wife.
When life becomes difficult and people turn away from you even your own children become occupied with their own families and responsibilities she is often the one who remains beside you.
A righteous wife is a precious gift from Allaah, so value her, protect her, and live with her in kindness and goodness.
She is comfort, tranquility, companionship, concealment, and a partner for the journey of life until its very end.
May Allaah preserve your wives and womenfolk in health and well-being, and preserve you all upon goodness.
Do not become neglectful of them only to regret it later.
Do not lose the peace, mercy, and stability Allaah has blessed you with through actions that may bring harm and sorrow upon your own home.
Speak to her gently, give her words of kindness, make her feel safe and valued, teach and guide her with wisdom and mercy, protect and care for her and you will receive from her love, loyalty, care, and attention beyond what you could imagine.
May Allaah fill your homes with goodness, mercy, affection, and blessings.

🌹Marriage Is a Means of Establishing the Religion🌹 .
Ash-Shaykh Abee Mundhir
'Ammar Al-Hawbanee((حفظه الله ))
Said:⤵️
Know that marriage is not merely worldly comfort and companionship; rather, it is an aid in practicing the religion, a protection for chastity, and a support for worship.
On the authority of Anas ibn Mālik رضي الله عنه, the Messenger of Allaah ((ﷺ)) said:⤵️
“Whoever Allaah grants a righteous wife, He has indeed helped him with half of his religion, so let him fear Allaah regarding the remaining half.”
Narrated by Al-Ḥākim, and authenticated by Al-Albānī.
This ḥadīth establishes that marriage assists a servant in preserving half of his religion, because it protects him from trials and temptations, and occupies him with chastity and obedience.
O young woman, if you become a righteous wife, then you will aid your husband in obeying Allaah and become a support for him in his religion, and likewise he will be a support and aid for you.
Marriage is not an obstacle to practicing the religion; rather, it is a cause for steadfastness upon it, as it diverts one’s thoughts away from temptations and provides a righteous environment for worship.
For this reason, the scholars
said:⤵️
marriage, when one has desire for it, is superior to voluntary acts of worship due to the many religious benefits and interests contained within it.

Firstly: ⤵️
I advise you to fear Allaah, the Mighty and Majestic, and to increase in supplication and turning to Him, for marriage is a provision from among the provisions, and Allaah {سبحانه وتعالى} is the One who decrees provisions and apportions them among His servants.
Allaah the Exalted said: ⤵️
“And there is no creature on earth except that upon Allaah is its provision.”
[Hud{6}
Secondly: ⤵️
You should know that perfection is rare among people, and that a person seeks the most suitable, not the perfect one who is free from every deficiency.
Therefore, do not let some of the shortcomings found in the condition of young men prevent you from pursuing marriage if a man of religion and uprightness is found.
Thirdly: ⤵️
The principle which the Prophet {صلى الله عليه وسلم} advised regarding accepting a husband is religion and character.
“If there comes to you one whose religion and character you are pleased with, then marry him.” So seek the man who is known for uprightness upon the Sunnah, maintaining the prayer, good character, staying away from prohibitions, and being keen upon raising his family and children upon Islam.
Fourthly:⤵️
The fact that some young men are occupied with university studies, work, or attaining qualifications does not make them blameworthy in an unrestricted sense.
People are in need of means of livelihood, and many of the Companions worked, traded, and earned a living.
However, what is blameworthy is when worldly matters overpower the religion, or when seeking worldly life becomes prioritized over religious obligations.
So the correct scale is this: ⤵️
Does this young man make the religion the foundation and the worldly life secondary to it? Or does he make the worldly life the foundation and the religion secondary to it? If he preserves his religion, is keen upon learning the religious knowledge that is obligatory upon him, venerates the Sunnah and its people, then it does not harm him that he is a person of study, profession, or specialization.
Fifthly:⤵️
Before marriage, it is important to carefully inquire about the suitor, his environment and companions, his view regarding the upbringing of children and teaching them the Quran and Sunnah, his stance concerning mixed schools, the widespread tribulations in the lands of the West, the issue of migrating to the Muslim lands if it becomes possible, and his concern for Islamic knowledge and Dawah.
For these practical matters reveal the true reality of a man more than mere titles or affiliations.
Sixthly:⤵️
Do not let fear of the future become a reason for abandoning marriage or delaying it endlessly, for the future is unseen and none knows it except Allaah.
Many people married while hoping for good and found it, while others exaggerated in caution until many benefits passed them by.
So upon you is praying istikharah, seeking consultation, taking the legislated means, and then placing your trust in Allaah {سبحانه وتعالى.}
And lastly: ⤵️
If a man is found who is upright in his creed, worship, and character, keen upon building a Muslim household, even if he is not from the distinguished students of knowledge or well-known callers to Islam, then such a person is considered a blessing from the blessings of Allaah in many lands, and he should not be neglected in pursuit of an ideal image that may never become attainable.
We ask Allaah{ تعالى} to grant you a righteous husband, to keep you firm upon Islam and the Sunnah, to grant you sound judgement in your affairs, and to delight your eyes with righteous and beneficial offspring.

Advice Regarding Marriage in the
West and Preserving Religious Steadfastness
kindly request that the following question be forwarded to the
Noble Shaykh Saleem Ibn ‘Eid Al-Hilalee {حفظه الله}
A sister from the Western lands
says:⤵️
“I live in the lands of disbelief, and my search for marriage has been prolonged.
My parents are supportive and encouraging regarding this matter.
However, many of the brothers in these lands even among those who ascribe themselves to the Salafi methodology have most of their concern directed toward university studies, obtaining degrees, and becoming occupied with worldly affairs, while showing weakness in giving attention to seeking Islamic knowledge.
I fear that if I marry one of them, I may become confined within an environment that could negatively affect my religious steadfastness, and perhaps have harmful effects upon the upbringing of future children as well especially due to the weakness of da‘wah, and the lack of proper guidance and cultivation from the callers and students of knowledge in those societies in the manner that ought to exist.
So what is the Shaykh’s direction and advice for someone in such a situation?”
May Allaah reward the Shaykh with the best of rewards, bless him, and benefit the people through his knowledge.
Ash-Shaykh Saleem's Advice for the sister:⤵️

📩Question📩
♦️Some sisters are saying♦️
“We live in the lands of disbelief, particularly in France, where restrictions upon the niqab and other manifestations of proper Islamic dress have increased. The government has imposed laws and regulations concerning religious coverings in public institutions such as schools and government offices, to the point that we have come to live in a society in which it has become difficult to practice some of the rites of our religion and preserve them.
For this reason, some of the sisters have considered Hijrah to Yemen in order to safeguard their religion and protect their faith. However, our guardians refuse to accompany us and do not wish to leave these lands.
At the same time, we are told that we are not permitted to come to Yemen except in the company of our mahrams.
Thus, we have found ourselves in a state of confusion: ⤵️
remaining here poses harm to our religion, while the path of emigration appears closed to us due to the absence of a mahram willing to travel with us.
So what is your advice to us regarding this matter?
The avenues have become constricted for us, and we are eager to preserve and protect our religion.
May Allaah reward you with goodness

🎙Ash-Shaykh Abee Abdirahman Rashaad Ibn Ahmad Ad-Dhalee'e
As for these women traveling to the lands of the Muslims in order to seek knowledge and preserve their religion, then this is what we advise them with: that they hasten to travel to the lands of the Muslims, and Allaah {تعالى }will make for them relief and ease.
For indeed Allaah {تعالى} promised that in His statement:⤵️
“He who emigrates (from his home) in the Cause of Allâh, will find on earth many dwelling places and plenty to live by.”
[An-Nisa {100}]
If their maḥrams agree to travel with them, then all praise is due to Allaah.
But if they do not agree to accompany them, yet they permit them to travel and allow them to do so, then let them travel even without a maḥram.
For a woman’s travel for the purpose of hijrah and fleeing from the lands of disbelief is permissible even without a maḥram.
BarakAllahu feekum.
As for entering Yemen without a maḥram, then we do not know about this matter, and we will ask about it, inshā’Allah, from our representative here and the one entrusted with the affairs of foreign students and those arriving from other countries whether there is a possibility for them to travel without maḥrams.
If there is a possibility for them to travel without maḥrams, then inshā’Allah we will cooperate with them and arrange their travel affairs by the permission of Allaah .
And regarding when they arrive in Yemen, then inshā’Allah the centers of Ahlu-Sunnah have places for them.
If we find a place that can accommodate them, then good; otherwise, at our own center, inshā’Allah, we are prepared to arrange a place to house the women who come as emigrants and who do not have a maḥram a place in which they will be protected, safeguarded, and provided with what they need, inshā’Allah.
