🚨 من أكتر الحالات الشائعة والخطيرة في الأطفال هي Gastroenteritis & Dehydration. 🦠 Gastroenteritis هو inflammation of the stomach and intestines وبيظهر غالبًا في صورة: ✔️ Diarrhea ✔️ Vomiting ✔️ Abdominal cramps ✔️ Fever 📌 The most common cause is Rotavirus لذلك أغلب الحالات بتكون viral و doesn't need antibiotics. 💡 المشكلة الحقيقية مش في الـ diarrhea itself... المشكلة في Dehydration اللي ممكن تحصل بسرعة جدًا خصوصًا عند الأطفال. 💧 Signs of dehydration: • Dry mouth & tongue • Increased thirst • Decreased urine output • Sunken eyes • Tachycardia 🚩 Red Flags لازم تخليك تطلب medical evaluation urgently: ❌ Bloody diarrhea ❌ Severe dehydration ❌ Persistent high fever ❌ Severe abdominal pain ❌ Altered consciousness Classic triad of Gastroenteritis = 💩 Diarrhea + 🤮 Vomiting + 😣 Abdominal cramps In Pediatrics, don't focus only on stopping diarrhea... focus on preventing and treating dehydration first. بالتوفيق 🤍
