State-affiliated accounts have asserted that five militants were eliminated in an Intelligence Based Operation (IBO) in Bannu yesterday. This claim relies on imagery originating from an IBO conducted by Bannu Police on 16 July. As our team previously reported on the 16 July operation, the current assertion disseminated by state-affiliated accounts is inaccurate.
