Sometimes, sadness isn't caused by one thing, but by many things that have accumulated in the heart until silence becomes easier than explaining them. We appear fine in front of everyone, laughing and talking as if nothing has happened, while inside we carry a heavy feeling that no one knows about. It's not because we want to be sad, but because some days make even the simplest things feel exhausting.
