Just so everyone is aware: Fauci pleading the 5th amendment does NOT end with Fauci pleading the 5th amendment. He's now set himself up for criminal referral by the Senate committee to Trump's Department of Justice, who WILL indeed press charges. The Senate committee was not asking Fauci these questions simply because they were "curious". They already had the answers right on their desks. The goal was to get Fauci to indicate that his answers "may criminally implicate him", and then refer the case to the DOJ. He's not going to get away with anything. Justice will be swift and harsh. Expect a death announcement soon. I believe he's going to kill himself. I could see it in every part of his body language. He knows it's over, and those that promised to cover his tracks are no longer able to do so.
