She has accumulated debts that continue to grow, including money owed at her workplace, and she is currently unable to afford the medical care she needs. She also lost two family members within one month, including her brother, who left behind three orphaned children who are now partly under her responsibility, along with other financial difficulties. 🤍🤍🤍 Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله said: “Had it not been for the trials and hardships of this world, the servant (ʿabd) would have been afflicted with such diseases as arrogance, self-admiration, tyranny, and hardness of the heart—diseases that would be a cause of his destruction, both sooner and later.”

قال ابن مفلح رحمه الله: "فإذا أوقع الله سبحانه الوحشة بينك وبين الخلق، فإنما يصرفُك إليه، ويندبُك إلى التعلق به، فاحمد إساءتَهُم إليك، فإنهم لو أحسنوا معك الصنيع لقطعوك عنه؛ لأنك ابن لقمة وابن كلمة طيبة؛ أدنى شيء يقتطعك إليهم".

🤍🤍🤍 Ibn Mufliḥ رحمه الله said: “When Allah, Glorified and Exalted, creates distance between you and people, He is only turning you toward Him and encouraging you to depend upon Him. So be grateful for their mistreatment of you, for if they had treated you well, they would have distracted you from Him and cut you off from Him. For you are easily drawn by a morsel of food and a kind word; the slightest thing can pull you toward them.”

لا تنسوا الموحِّدين، ولا سيما أهلَ البلاء منهم، وإخوانكم في السجون والخيام، من صالح دعائكم. Do not forget the people of Tawḥīd, especially those among them who are facing hardship, and your brothers in prisons and tents, in your sincere duʿā.

تأكدنا من إصابة والدة أختنا، مشرفة القناة، بمرض السرطان. نسألكم الدعاء لوالدتها بالشفاء العاجل والعافية في الدنيا والآخرة، وأن يجعلها الله من الصابرين المحتسبين. ونذكّر أنفسنا ونذكّر كل مريض بأن الله هو الشافي، وأنه سبحانه أكبر من كل مرض، وقد قال تعالى: ﴿ إِنَّمَا أَمْرُهُ إِذَا أَرَادَ شَيْئًا أَن يَقُولَ لَهُ كُن فَيَكُونُ ﴾ [يس: ٨٢] فنسأل الله أن يقول لشفائها: كُنْ فَيَكُونُ، وأن يشفيها ويشفي جميع مرضى المسلمين شفاءً تامًّا لا يغادر سقمًا، وأن يلبسها ثوب الصحة والعافية، ويجعل ما أصابها تكفيرًا لذنوبها ورفعةً في درجاتها، ويصبّر أهلها ويقوّي قلوبهم.

قال الإمام ابن القيم رحمه الله: «وكن في الجانب الذي فيه الله ورسوله ﷺ، وإن كان الناس كلهم في الجانب الآخر؛ فإن لذلك عواقب هي أحمد العواقب وأفضلها، وليس للعبد أنفع من ذلك في دنياه قبل آخرته. وأكثر الخلق إنما يكونون من الجانب الآخر، ولا سيما إذا قويت الرغبة والرهبة؛ فهناك لا تكاد تجد أحدًا في الجانب الذي فيه الله ورسوله، بل يعدّه الناس ناقص العقل، سيئ الاختيار لنفسه، وربما نسبوه إلى الجنون. وذلك من مواريث أعداء الرسل؛ فإنهم نسبوهم إلى الجنون، لما كانوا في شقّ وجانب، والناس في شقّ وجانب آخر.»

🤍🤍🤍 Imam Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله said: “Be on the side on which Allah and His Messenger ﷺ are, even if all people are on the other side. For this has consequences that are the finest and best of all consequences, and nothing is more beneficial for a servant in this worldly life before his Hereafter than this. Most people, however, will be on the other side—especially when desire and fear become strong. At such times, you will hardly find anyone on the side of Allah and His Messenger. Rather, people will regard him as lacking in sound judgment and poor in choosing what is best for himself. They may even call him insane. This is inherited from the enemies of the Messengers. For they accused the Messengers of insanity because they were on one side, while the people were on the other.”

قال شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية 🤲: «إذا اجتهد الإنسان، واستعان بالله، ولازم الاستغفار والاجتهاد، فلا بد أن يؤتيه الله من فضله ما لم يخطر ببال».

🤍🤍🤍 Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah 🤲 said: “If a person strives, seeks the help of Allah, and persists in seeking forgiveness (istighfar) and exerting effort, then Allah will surely grant him, from His bounty (fadl),what no one could ever have imagined.”
