I'm not a very extremist person in general. Maybe that's why I never get really angry when I see people who have stupid takes; they don't really matter in the grand scheme of things. I've never been able to educate someone before, and I don't really think any of us should have the right to give our opinions on every little thing like we speak the word of god or something.

I'm not sure you're talking about me here, but I'm just gonna say my piece anyway: I enjoy being in a channel that has different opinions than I do. It's good to hear the other side.

I can't tell you what to do or not do with your own free will though, so I'm not particularly upset that you blocked me. that's fine. What's not fine is getting so far into your own ego that you shut off anyone who doesn't agree with you!

people can enjoy problematic characters without endorsing that character's opinion. The same way a writer can write a homophobic/misogynistic character and not be homophonic or misogynistic themselves.

Don't watch these 'inside Iran' videos. There are far too many intricacies in Iranian culture. A foreigner would never be able to capture all of them. No, Iranian people are not the most hospitable and kind people you've ever met, you just met the right kind of Iranian. No, not everyone hates Trump. Hell, some people even support the war! So yeah, don't treat Iran like it's a progressive anti Trump haven. The enemy of your enemy is not your friend.
