ጉዳዩ : ለተጠየቀው የህዝብ አስተያየት ምላሽ እንድትሰጡ ስለማሳሰብእንደሚታወቀው የኢፌዴሪ ትምህርት እና ሥልጠና ባለስልጣን ሰኔ 25 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ለህዝብ አስተያየት ይፋ በተደረገው እና እስከ ሐምሌ 13 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም በሚቆየው ረቂቅ አዋጅ መሰረት "የትምህርት ማስረጃ ማረጋገጫ እና የአቻ ግመታ መመሪያ 990/2016 በአንቀፅ ፭ ንዑስ አንቀፅ ፭ መመሪያ" ማሻሻያ ያስፈልገዋል ብሎ በማሰብ ረቂቅ አዋጁ ላይ አስተያየት እንዲሰጥበት በይፋ አሳውቋል። 📢 የተቋሙ ማስታወቂያ : https://telegram.me/FDRE_ETA/3265 📢 አስተያየት መስጫ እና ረቂቅ አዋጅ መመሪያ መገኛ : https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdidY0NmMrZaqbjt0TsFEUIIgYv20l1VmkwOIZJUc-0BiYZHA/viewform ፨ ፍሬ ሃሳብ ፨ ይህ መመሪያ በኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ በሚንቀሳቀሱ ማንኛውም የመንግስት እና የግል የከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋማት ውስጥ ከመስከረም 2010 እስከ 2015 ዓ.ም. የተመረቁ ተመራቂዎች ብቻ የሚተገበር ሲሆን፦ (ሀ) ለዲግሪ መግቢያ መስፈርት የተቀመጠውን የደረጃ አራት (Level 4) የብቃት ማረጋገጫ ፈተና (CoC) ሳይወስዱ ዲግሪ ተምረው የተመረቁትን፣ ወይም (ለ) ለዲግሪ ትምህርት ከተመዘገቡ በኋላ የደረጃ አራት (Level 4) የብቃት ማረጋገጫ (CoC) ፈተና የወሰዱትን ተመራቂዎች ያጠቃልላል፡፡ ፨ አሻሚው ሃሳብ ፨ ሆኖም ከላይ በረቂቅ አዋጁ አንቀፅ ፭ ንዑስ አንቀፅ ፩ (ሀ) የተጠቀሰው ቢኖርም ከ2010 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ እስከ 2015 ዓ.ም የመውጫ ፈተና ሳይፈተኑ የመጀመሪያ፣ ሁለተኛ እና የሦስተኛ ዲግሪ የያዙ ባሉበት የትምህርት ደረጃ (BA, MA, and PhD) ላይ ሚኒስቴሩ በሚያወጣው በያዙት የትምህርት ደረጃ ፈተና ተፈትነው ሲያልፉ የትምህርት ማስረጃቸው የሚረጋገጥላቸው ይሆናል ይላል ረቂቁ። ስለሆነም ይህ ረቂቅ አዋጁ በአንድም በሌላ በቀጥታ ከላይ በ "ሀ" እና "ለ" የተገለጹት ከትምህርት ማስረጃ ማረጋገጫ (Authentication) ጋር ስለሚገናኙ የሚነካዎት ከሆነ ወይም በተዘዋዋሪ ይህ ጉዳይ ይመለከተኛል የሚሉ ሁሉ ይህንን ረቂቅ አዋጅ አስተያየት እንዲሰጡበት ጥሪ ቀርቧል። @MicroLinkRegistrar_Official #MicroLinkITCollege #Registrartion #Authentication #ETA #MoE Facebook | LinkedIn | Website | WhatsApp

ጉዳዩ ፡ ኦሪጅናል የዲግሪ ትምህርት ማስረጃ ህትመትን ይመለከታል
እንደሚታወቀው ከ ሰኔ 2017 ዓ.ም. ጀምሮ የሀገር አቀፍ የመውጫ ፈተና የማለፍያ ነጥብ ያመጡ ተማሪዎች የኦሪጅናል ዲግሪ የትምህርት ማስረጃ በማዕከል ደረጃ በብርሃንና ሰላም ማተምያ ቤት እንደሚሰራ ከትምህርት ሚኒስቴር በተሰጠ መመሪያ ተገልጿል፡፡
ስለሆነም የመውጫ ፈተና በሰኔ 2017 ዓ.ም እና ከዛም በኋላ ተፈትናችሁ የማለፍያ ነጥብ አምጥታችሁ ኦሪጅናል ዲግሪ የትምህርት ማስረጃ ለማሰራት እየተጠባበቃችሁ ያላችሁ ተማሪዎች በሙሉ እስከ ዓርብ ሰኔ 13 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ድረስ በኮሌጁ ሬጅስትራር ቢሮ በመቅረብ ወይንም በቴሌግራም Direct Message በመጠቀም ከታች የተጠቀሰውን መረጃ በመላክ እንድትመዘገቡ እናሳስባለን፡፡

ℹ️ ማስታወቂያ ℹ️
የሪሜዲያል ፈተና እና የቅድመ ምረቃ ትምህርት መውጫ ፈተና (Exit Exam) የምሰጥበት ቀን የተቀየረ መሆኑ ተገለጸ።
ከከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋማት ጋር ምክክር በማድረግ የሪሜዲያል እና EXIT EXAM ፈተናዎች የምሰጥባቸው ቀናት እንደምከተለው የተሸጋሸጉ መሆኑን እናሳውቃለን።
የትምህርት ምዘናና ፈተናዎች አገልግሎት " የሪሜዲያል ፈተና እና የቅድመ ምረቃ ትምህርት መውጫ ፈተና (Exit Exam) የሚሰጥበት ቀን ተቀይሯል " ብሏል።
በዚህም የሬሜዲያ ፈተና ከግንቦት 27 እስከ ሰኔ 3 ቀን 2018 ዓ/ም ፤ የቅድመ ምረቃ መውጫ ፈተና ደግሞ ከሰኔ 4 እስከ ሰኔ 12 ቀን 2018 ዓ/ም እንደሚሰጥ ገልጿል።
