Repost from le vent nous portera
i accidentally dropped my little angel and broke her wing. for a moment i just stood there staring at it. I couldn’t believe something so small could make me feel so muchh. :) as I carefully glued the wing back on, i realized something. that maybe life does the same to us…
we all get broken in ways we never expected. we all carry wounds that take time to heal. but healing isn’t about pretending the cracks were never there, it’s about finding the courage to put ourselves back together, embracing our scars and slowly, finding our way to fly again.
looking at them feels like remembering something my soul knew before i was born.
یوتیوبم خیلی رندوم اجرای کوچلای لانا و بیلی رو آورد، اشتباه بزرگی کردم و بعد مدتها ریواچ کردم و i’m bawling my eyes out right now.
perhaps every woman is a calla lily waiting for music. the moment she begins to dance, she remembers the shape of her own soul, soft but unyielding, delicate but impossible to break. she blooms not beneath the sun, but beneath the rhythm of her own becoming.
“i will simply open my notebook and there it will all be, a forgotten account with accumulated interest, paid passage back to the world out there. it all comes back. remember what it is to be me. that is always the point.”
— Joan didion
“it was while writing a diary that i discovered how to capture the living moments. the diary dealing always with immediate present, the warm, the near, being written at white heat, developed a love of the living moments, of the immediate emotional reaction to experience, which revealed the power of recreation to lie in the sensibilities rather than in memory or critical intellectual perception.”
